Механізми суспільної солідаризації в умовах криз: історичний досвід та виклики сучасності

Abstract

1. Розроблено Методику оцінки рівня сприйняття солідарності як цінності, засновану на показниках економічної рівноправності; соціальної згуртованості; політичної стабільності; наявності спільних цінностей та ідей і їхнього впливу на формування спільного ідентитету; самоідентифікації окремих індивідів як представниківполітичної нації та членів громад;інтеграції мігрантів та інших меншин в культурні та соціальніпроцеси суспільства. 2. Розроблено Методику оцінки індикаторів впливу факторів розділення, якавключає наступні показники: економічна нерівність; політична поляризація; інформаційна асиметрія та фейкові новини; освітня нерівність; ідеологічні та релігійні конфлікти. 3. Отримано експериментальні дані щодо ефективності педагогічних моделей ціннісної переорієнтації здобувачів вищої освіти на базі СумДУ, ОПП «Міжнародне право», «Право», «Історія», «Середня освіта (Історія) першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти. Зроблено висновки щодо релевантності методології застосування ціннісно-орієнтованих кейсів. 4. Розроблено Методичні рекомендації щодо впровадження ціннісно-орієнтованого підходу в освітній процес з наданням практичних прикладів застосування ціннісно орієнтованих кейсів. Практична значимість отриманих результатів. Одержані у роботі результати можуть бути використані для формування політик публічного управління в різних сферах, з орієнтацію на забезпечення солідаризації і єдності політичної нації в умовах збройної агресії та/або повоєнного відновлення; для вдосконалення методів навчання і викладання соціальних та гуманітарних дисциплін; вдосконалення чинної нормативної бази щодо створення умов для повернення вимушених мігрантів та реінтеграції ВПО. Оприлюднення і апробація результатів. За результатами НДР у 2024 р. було опубліковано 12 статей, з яких 6 у журналах, що індексується БД Scopus та/або WoS (2 – Q1-2 та 4 – Q3), 2 – в інших зарубіжних рецензованих виданнях; 4 – у фахових виданнях України; 3 розділи у монографіях, опублікованій у закордонних виданнях; 2 розділи у вітчизняній монографії. Отримано 1 авторське свідоцтво на твір та подано заявки ще на 3 свідоцтва.1. A Methodology for assessing indicators of the impact of divisive factors has been developed, which includes the following indicators: economic inequality; political polarization; information asymmetry and fake news; educational inequality; ideological and religious conflicts. 3. The experimental data on the effectiveness of pedagogical models of value reorientation of higher education students on the basis of Sumy State University, the OPP “International Law”, “Law”, “History”, “Secondary Education (History) of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education were obtained. Conclusions are drawn about the relevance of the methodology of applying value-oriented cases. 4. Methodological recommendations for the implementation of a value-based approach in the educational process with practical examples of the use of value-based cases have been developed. The results obtained in the work can be used to formulate public administration policies in various fields, with a focus on ensuring solidarity and unity of the political nation in the context of armed conflict. Based on the results of the research in 2024, 12 articles were published, including 6 in journals indexed by Scopus and/or WoS (2 - Q1-2 and 4 - Q3), 2 in other foreign peer-reviewed journals; 4 in professional publications of Ukraine; 3 chapters in monographs published in foreign publications; 2 chapters in a domestic monograph.
