Епiдемiологiя раку яєчників у Тюменській області

Abstract

Malignant neoplasms of the female reproductive system are the most commonly occurring outcomes in women in the Russian Federation (RF) and the Tyumen region (TU) [1, 2]. Ovarian cancer (RV) in the region of prevalence is 3rd place, yielding to cancer of the uterus and cervical cancer, but is characterized by higher mortality rates. The analysis of statistical data for the period from 2012-2016, TL showed that the proportion of patients with OIE outside the ovary found during the conduct of preventive examinations, decreased, in contrast to the same indicator for the Ural and the Russian Federation. The dynamics of morbidity, oneyear mortality and mortality in TO from ovarian cancer tends to decrease. At that time, according to the Ural Federal Reserve and the Russian Federation, the increase of these same indicators with a decrease in mortality is noted. The ratio of one-year fatality rate to stage IV in TO with PN from 2012 (1,4) to 2016 (0,7) decreased by 2 times, according to the UrFOS and the RF, it increased. The obtained data allow to determine the priority directions of the development of the cancer services of the region.

Nowotwory złośliwe żeńskiego układu rozrodczego są najczęściej występującymi wynikami kobiet w Federacji Rosyjskiej (RF) i regionie Tyumen (TU) [1, 2]. Rak jajników (RV) w regionie występowania to 3 miejsce, dając raka macicy i raka szyjki macicy, ale charakteryzuje się wyższymi wskaźnikami śmiertelności. Analiza danych statystycznych na lata 2012-2016 wykazała, że odsetek pacjentów z OIE poza jajnikiem stwierdzony podczas prowadzenia badań profilaktycznych zmniejszył się, w przeciwieństwie do tego samego wskaźnika Ural i Federacji Rosyjskiej. Zdaniem UrFOS i RF, stosunek wskaźnika śmiertelności do jednego roku do IV etapu TO i PN z 2012 (1,4) do 2016 (0,7) zmniejszył się dwukrotnie. Uzyskane dane umożliwiają określenie priorytetowych kierunków rozwoju usług rakowych w regionie.

Злоякісні новоутворення (ЗНО) жіночої репродуктивної системи є найбільш частими ЗНО у жінок в Російській Федерації (РФ) і Тюменської області (ТО) [1; 2]. Рак яєчників (РЯ) в ТО області за поширеністю займає 3-е місце, поступаючись раку тіла матки і раку шийки матки, але відрізняється більш високими показниками смертності.
