Abstract
The scientific and methodic approaches to the complex evaluation of the economic potential
of the enterprise are suggested. The role of the ecological factors while evaluating enterprise’s
economic potential is revealed. The theoretic investment model of the economic potential of the
enterprise is developed. The theoretic and methodical bases of forming the organizing economic
mechanism of using and regulating of the enterprise`s economic potential are introduced.
