Abstract
Представлены результаты исследования уровня гомоцистеина, липидного спектра сыворотки крови у больных обычным псориазом. Умеренное повышение содержания гомоцистеина выявлено у 76,7 % больных, нарушения липидного обмена - у 66,7 % пациентов. Степень изменения лабораторных показателей зависела от тяжести патологического процесса. Гипергомоцистеинемия и гиперлипидемия свидетельствуют о наличии дисфункции сосудистого эндотелия у больных обычным псориазом.

The results of studies of homocysteine and lipid spectrum of blood serum of patients with ordinary psoriasis. Moderate elevation of homocysteine levels was detected in 76,7% of patients, lipid metabolism in 66,7% of patients. The degree of changes in laboratory parameters depend on the severity of the pathological process of smoking. Hyperhomocysteinemia and hyperlipidemia violations indicate dysfunction of the vascular endothelium in patients with psoriasis.
