Вторая волна межвоенной украинской политической эмиграции в Румынии (зима-весна 1920 г.)

Abstract

В статье на основе ранее неизвестных документов Центрального государственно-го архива высших органов власти и управления Украины, Государственного архива Российской Федерации и Национального архива Чешской Республики рассматривается вопрос формирования украинской политической эмиграции в Румынии в послереволюционный период. Основное внимание уделяется второй волне эмиграции зимой-весной 1920 г. Рассказывается о военно-политической ситуации на юге Украины и в Крыму, приведшей к эвакуации военных и гражданских лиц, об отношении румынских властей к эмигрантам. Рассматриваются также меры Чрезвычайной дипломатической миссии УНР в Румынии по оказанию помощи эмигрантам. Впервые в современной украинской историографии показаны социальные источники и потоки эмиграции. Делается вывод о том, что эмиграция второй волны была мобильной. Одна часть эмигрантов реэмигрировала в другие страны, другая возвратилась на родину, влившись в части Армии УНР и ВСЮР, третья осталась в Румынии. Эмиграция также пополнялась военнопленными, возвращавшимися на родину через Румынию.

The article describes the process of formation of the second wave of the Ukrainian political emigration to Romania during the post-revolution period. The research is based on the materials available at the Central State Archives of Supreme Bodies of Power and Government of Ukraine, the State Archive of the Russian Federation and the National Archives of the Czech Republic. The main topic of the article constitutes the second emigration wave, which took place in winter and spring 1920. The article depicts the politico-military issues in Crimea and the Southern regions of Ukraine that lead to the evacuation of soldiers and civilians. The article also describes the facts proving the attitude of the Romanian authorities towards Ukrainian emigrants. Aside from that the author provides information about the emigration arrangements on behalf of the Extraordinary Diplomatic Mission of the Ukrainian People’s Republic in Romania. Moreover, social aspects of the emigration flows are introduced in the text for the second time in modern Ukrainian historiography. The ones re-emigrated to other countries, the others moved back and joined the UPR Army and Armed Forces of South Russia, whilst certain percent of the emigrants stayed in Romania. The emigration was appended with the war prisoners, whose path back home took course over Romania.
