Проаналізовано роль та місце КСВ в управлінні діяльністю банків, визначено взаємозв’язок цих понять, обґрунтовано важливість використання КСВ для банків. Проведено дослідження моделей КСВ в банках, запропоновано їх класифікацію. Проаналізовано діяльність банків в Україні на засадах корпоративної соціальної відповідальності. Систематизовано наукові підходи до оцінки КСВ в банках. Запропоновано науково-методичний підхід до оцінки рівня організації фінансових відносин банку зі стейкхолдерами, що передбачає розрахунок агрегованого показника фінансових відносин банку зі стейкхолдерами і якісного індексу КСВ банку, та подальшу оцінку детермінації зазначених показників через застосування методу аналітичного групування. Розроблено науково-методичний підхід до організації фінансових відносин банку зі стейкхолдерами на основі впровадження принципів КСВ та застосування фінансових показників діяльності банків. Вдосконалено систему принципів КСВ в банках України. Удосконалено стратегію розвитку фінансового сектора України на засадах КСВ.This thesis studies the essence, goals and objectives of bank's financial rela-tions with stakeholders on the basis of CSR. Such terms as financial activity of the bank, bank's financial relations with stakeholders, corporate social responsibility of the bank are outlined. The role and place of CSR in the governance of banks, relationship of these concepts is described, the importance of CSR for the banks is proved. Activity of Ukrainian banks is analyzed on the basis of corporate social responsibility. The role of CSR in organization of banks’ financial relations with stakeholders is described. Scientific approaches to the evaluation of CSR and its determination with the financial relations of banks and their stakeholders are systematized. The new approach to the CSR models classification was used. It is based on such classification features as an approach to understanding this concept, an approach to its funding, and examines transparency level, the mail goals, the level of government involvement, the bank's approach to implementation of social investment. The appropriate CSR model of bank is a prerequisite for efficient use of assets, strengthening the stability of liabilities, growth and profitability of business. Scientific and methodical approach to the assessment of the bank's financial relations with stakeholders is proposed. It requires calculation of aggregate index of banks’ financial relations with stakeholders and the bank's CSR quality index, followed by assessment of determination of these indicators through the use of the method of analytic groups. Scientific and methodological approach to the organization of the bank's financial relations with stakeholders on the basis of CSR is developed through the use of financial performance indicators of banks (return on assets, return on equity, quality of the loan portfolio, the growth rate of deposits). System of CSR principles in Ukrainian banks is improved. Concept of the Ukrainian banking system development on the basis of CSR is presented. Strategy of Ukrainian financial sector is explicated through adapting of international standards, legislative acts and practices of CSR at three levels: government authorities, including the National Bank of Ukraine, expert organizations and second-tier banks.
