Виокремлено та проаналізовано основні ключові технології для сучасних цифрових трансформацій бізнесу. Окрема увага приділена характеристиці основних етапів цифрової трансформації бізнес-процесів. Автори розглядають ключові аспекти впровадження цифрових ініціатив у різних галузях української економіки, включаючи фінанси, медіа, виробництво та послуги. Акцентується увага на важливості створення ефективних стратегій цифрової трансформації, які враховують специфіку кожної галузі та потреби конкретних бізнес-моделей. Нарешті, стаття висвіт-лює ключові проблеми, з якими стикається сучасний вітчизняний бізнес при впровадження цифрових трансформацій та можливості їх подолання. It analyzes the best practices used by domestic companies for the effective implementation of digital innovations. Emphasis is placed on strategies and tools that help businesses succeed in the digital age. Analyzing the digital transformation of business processes in Ukraine, emphasis is placed on the importance of adapting to the rapidly changing technological environment to ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of Ukrainian business in the face of global technological trends. The main key technologies for modern digital business transformations have been identified and analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of the main stages of digital transformation of business processes. The authors consider key aspects of the implementation of digital initiatives in various sectors of the Ukrainian economy, including finance, media, manufacturing and services. Emphasis is placed on the importance of creating effective digital transformation strategies that take into account the specifics of each industry and the needs of specific business models. Finally, the article highlights the key problems faced by modern domestic business when implementing digital transformations and the possibilities of overcoming them. The role of government bodies and stakeholders in facilitating the digital transformation of business is emphasized, including the creation of an enabling regulatory environment, the development of digital technology infrastructure and the support of innovation initiatives.
