Розширюється розуміння санації. Розглядаються шляхи пошуку не приватних джерел санаційного фінансування. Санація розглядається з позицій вступу України до Євросоюзу. В основі концепції покладено принцип гармонійного поєднання експортної орієнтації та споживчої ємності внутрішнього ринку для продукції підприємства.В статье предлагается концепция позитивной санации государственного предприятия. Расширяется понимание санации. Рассматриваются пути поиска нечастных источников санационного финансирования. Санация рассматривается с позиций вступления Украины в Евросоюз. В основе концепции лежит принцип гармоничного сочетания экспортной ориентации и потребительской емкости внутреннего рынка для продукции предприятия.The article proposes the concept of positive recovery of the state enterprise. The state's priority goal in the framework of recovery programs is the comprehensive stimulation of the development of high-tech industries. Ukraine's entry into the civilized world economy should be seen as a peaceful and purposeful economic accession to economically developed territories with hundreds of millions of inhabitants and diverse economic entities. The understanding of recovery is expanding. In order to elaborate the foundations of the concept of achieving a positive recovery, one must abandon the traditional "geographic" approach to economic and political development and cease to restrict consideration of recovery measures to the administrative borders of the respective states. The ways of searching for non-private sources of financial recovering are considered. Prospective for consideration is the pooling of investments of several non-private investors into one international recovery project, which can become a key source of rehabilitation measures, in the extreme case, in the first stage. The task of the recovery process ─ to become a company is more interesting to others than to itself. The recovery is considered from the standpoint of Ukraine's accession to the European Union. The state's priority goal in the framework of recovery programs is the comprehensive stimulation of the development of high-tech industries. Ukraine's entry into the civilized world economy should be seen as a peaceful and purposeful economic accession to economically developed territories with hundreds of millions of inhabitants and diverse economic entities. The concept is based on the principle of harmonious combination of export orientation and consumer capacity of the domestic market for the enterprise's products. It is a question of the fact that the company undergoing the recovery process, in addition to the products it produced earlier (subject to the availability and development of sales markets), should begin the development of related products, but already on the basis of new modern technologies.
