Підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства на основі впровадження інновацій

Abstract

Метою магістерської роботи є вивчення та аналіз складових та конкурентоспроможності ПАТ «ВО»КОНТІ» в цілому, аналіз впливу складових мікро- та макросередовища на його розвиток (в тому числі і перспективний), розроблення заходів щодо поліпшення конкурентного становища підприємства та підвищення його прибутковості Об’єктом дослідження стало підприємство ПАТ «ВО»КОНТІ» Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методологічні засади щодо конкурентоздатності виробництва. Предмет і об'єкт дослідження визначили мету і завдання роботи. Методологічною основою дослідження є методи наукового пізнання, методологічні положення та концепції сучасної економічної теорії, методи економічного аналізу, графічний метод представлення даних і матеріалу, діалектичний, абстрактно-логічний і системного аналізу; розрахунково-конструктивний, порівняння. У першому розділі «Теоретичні основи конкурентоспроможності та роль введення інноваційних заходів» розглянуто загальне поняття конкурентоспроможності підприємства, визначено властивості, та методи аналізу конкурентоного середовища підприємства та інноваційної діяльності, а також розкрито питання ведення необхідності інноваційної політики. У другому розділі «Дослідження забезпечення конкурентоспроможності за рахунок введення інновацій» проаналізовано основні фактори розвитку кондитерської галузі та безпосередньо ПАТ «ВО»КОНТІ».Також розглянуто методи оцінки інноваційного потенціалу. У третьому розділі «Розробка напрямів розвитку підприємства та поліпшення його інноваційної політики» проведено аналіз ПАТ «ВО»КОНТІ», дана характеристика діяльності підприємства, проведенно оцінку впливу макро та мікросередовища на діяльність підприємства, проведено оцінку конкурентного стану, здійснений прогноз величини виробничого потенціалу на 5 роки та наведені основні шляхи поліпшення його використання. Наукова новизна дослідження : удосконалено науково-методичні підходи до оцінки конкурентного стану підприємства з урахуванням інструментарію стратегічного аналізу, що враховує специфіку конкурентного середовища при обґрунтуванні виробничої програми ; Запропоновано нові методи покращення ситуації ПАТ«ВО«КОНТІ» та підвищення рівня конкурентоспроможності та її інноваційної діяльності. The purpose of the master's work is to study and analyze the components and competitiveness of PJSC "PJSC" as a whole, an analysis of the impact of components of micro and macro-environment on its development (including promising), developing measures to improve the competitive position of the enterprise and increase its profitability. The object of the study was the company PJSC "VV" Conti "by the subject of research is the theoretical and methodological principles on the competitiveness of production. The subject and object of the study identified the purpose and tasks of work. Methodological bases of research are methods of scientific knowledge, methodological positions and concepts of modern economic theory, methods of economic analysis, graphical method of presentation of data and material, dialectical, abstract-logical and system analysis; settlement-constructive, comparison. In the first section " Theoretical fundamentals of competitiveness and the role of introduction of innovative measures " The general notion of competitiveness of the enterprise is considered, the properties, and methods of analysis of the competitive environment of enterprises and innovation activities, and also revealed the need for innovation policy. In the second section "Investigation of competitiveness through the introduction of innovations" analyzes the main factors for the development of the confectionery industry and directly PJSC "VO" KONTI ". The methods of assessing innovation potential are considered. In the third section "Development of directions of enterprise development and improvement of its innovation policy " analysis of PJSC "VO" KONTI "was conducted, this characteristic of the enterprise's activities, conducted an assessment of the influence of macro and micro-media on the activities of the enterprise, an assessment of a competitive state, a prognosis of production potential for 5 years and the main ways to improve its use.
