Розробка концепції фінансової стабілізації банківської системи в умовах турбулентності економіки

Abstract

Актуальність теми кваліфікаційної роботи. Фінансова стабільність країни набуває все більшого значення під час загрози настання глубокої кризи, Для забезпечення стабільного функціонування банківської системи необхідне постійне впровадження антикризових методик. Науково-методичним підгрунтям фінансової стабілізації банківської системи країни в умовах турбулентності економіки виступає подолання банківськими установами зовнішніх загроз задля підтримання їх фінансового потенціалу. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретичних засад та практичного інструментарію забезпечення фінансової стабілізації банківської системи в умовах турбулентності економіки. Об’єктом дослідження є система банківського регулювання фінансової стабільності в умовах турбулентності економіки. Предметом дослідження є інструментарій управління фінансовою стабільністю банків. Основний результат роботи. У кваліфікаційній роботі було досліджено теоретико-методичні засади фінансової стабільності банківської системи та інструменти її регулювання. Розкрито сутнісні характеристики фінансової стабільності банківської системи, здійснено систематизацію науковометодичних підходів до визначення сутності поняття «фінансова стабільність», розглянуто її мету і завдання оцінки. Досліджено основні чинники та інструменти антикризового управління, науково-методичні засади формування моделі антикризового регулювання банківської системи. Здійснено діагностування фінансової стабільності банківської системи України та проаналізовано основні показники діяльності банків. Проведено оцінку рейтингових позицій фінансової стабільності банків України та їх бізнес-моделей. Запропоновано впровадження антикризових заходів в контексті реалізації концепції фінансової стабілізації банківської системи в умовах турбулентності економіки. Науковий результат роботи полягає у тому, що сформовано власне визначення поняття «фінансової стабільності банківської системи» як економічного процесу функціонування банків на основі застосування механізмів внутрішнього регулювання – оперативного, тактичного та стратегічного, впровадження антикризового управління та, як результат, забезпечення стійкості банківської системи країни; розроблено концептуальні засади антикризового регулювання, спрямовані на поліпшення фінансової стабільності функціонування банківської системи в умовах турбулентності економіки.

The scientific and methodological basis for the financial stabilization of the country's banking system in the context of economic turbulence is the overcoming of external threats by banking institutions to maintain their financial potential. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical foundations and practical tools for ensuring the financial stability of the banking system in a turbulent economy. The object of research is the system of banking regulation of financial stability in a turbulent economy. The subject of the study is the tools for managing the financial stability of banks. The main result of the work. In the qualification work, the theoretical and methodological foundations of the financial stability of the banking system and the tools for its regulation were investigated. The essential characteristics of the financial stability of the banking system are revealed, scientific and methodological approaches to defining the essence of the concept of "financial stability" are systematized, its purpose and objectives of assessment are considered. The main factors and instruments of crisis management, scientific and methodological principles of formation of the model of crisis regulation of the banking system are studied. The financial stability of the banking system of Ukraine is diagnosed and the main indicators of banks' activity are analyzed. The rating positions of financial stability of Ukrainian banks and their business models are evaluated. The implementation of anti-crisis measures in the context of implementing the concept of financial stabilization of the banking system in the context of economic turbulence is proposed. The scientific result of the work is that the author has formed his own definition of the concept of "financial stability of the banking system" as an economic process of functioning of banks based on the application of internal regulation mechanisms - operational, tactical and strategic, implementation of crisis management and, as a result, ensuring the stability of the country's banking system; developed conceptual foundations of anti-crisis regulation aimed at improving the financial stability of the banking system in the face of turbulence.
