Abstract	Ця стаття має на меті забезпечити комплексне розуміння факторів, які сприяють або перешкоджають практикам CGI, заповнюючи прогалину в існуючій літературі через відносну новизну та контекстно-залежну природу CGI. Крім того, вона прагне визначити потенційні вигоди та ризики, пов'язані з такими інвестиціями, досліджуючи їхній вплив на корпоративні стратегії, залучення зацікавлених сторін та довгострокову стійкість, які були недостатньо висвітлені в попередніх дослідженнях. The paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of factors that facilitate or hinder CGI practices, filling a gap in the existing literature due to the relative novelty and context-dependent nature of CGI. Moreover, it seeks to identify the potential benefits and risks associated with such investments, exploring their implications for corporate strategies, stakeholder engagement, and long-term sustainability, which have been underrepresented in previous research.
