Abstract	Законодавчим регулюванням праці осіб з інвалідністю називається вплив держави на трудові правовідносини між роботодавцем та особою з інвалідністю за допомогою норм права, які закріплені в нормативно-правових актах. Legislative regulation of the work of persons with disabilities refers to the influence of the state on the employment relationship between an employer and a person with a disability with the help of legal norms enshrined in normative legal acts.
