Abstract The study of hypophysis's fore-lobes in white male-rats by ultramicroscopical histological methods during the total irradiation of animals showed that after finishing of influence upon them one can see the increase of quantity and extent of membranes of granulation and plain endoplasmatic net, Golgi's apparatus, mitochondria, etc. in their yellow cells. In adenohypophysis also the destruction of some cells, the local disintegration of some organoidum in a rather large group of epitelialis and endotelialis cells, the increase of quantity of lizosoms were marked.
