Abstract Results of deposition of one- and two-layer condensates of super-conducting materials based on Y-Ba-Cu-O, Ta and W are presented. Deposition was produced with help of ablation plasma initiated by a pulsed laser beam. Plasma flow was directed to the substrate using special reflector and mask Surface morphology, element composition, depth distribution of elements was investigated. Dependence of fabricated condensate quality on the angle of ablation plasma reflection, position of substrate and its type are presented. It was found that resulting condensate has substantial amount of carbon. The different possible ways of carbon localization are discussed. Recommendation of various applicationі of fabricated materials is given. При цитуванні документа, використовуйте посилання http://essuir.sumdu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/1418
