Abstract The purpose of research was the study of a condition oval window at healthy newborn during in the early neonatal period. A material of inspection were 31 newborn term. The method of research was a echocardiography with the synchronized record electrocardiograms during 1-st, on 2, 3-rd, 4-th, 5-th and 6-th days of life. The results of researches have shown change of a gradient of pressure between the right and left departments of heart at healthy newborn and termination of an appreciable blood shunting from left to right on ductus arteriosus for 2 day of life. The functioning of a oval window proceeds during early neonatal period, characterizing various complains of the left and right departments of heart.
