Abstract	The effective realization of administrative solutions on optimization of production costs is impossible without the conforming system of the count of the information. The book keeping system of Ukraine does not answer problems, any more facing by it. The rational forming of the costs at the domestic plants reputes construction of the conforming system of the administrative count, on the basis which progressive methods of management of costs should be applied.
