Abstract Environment protection and improvement issue was first discussed by United Nations Conference on the Human Environment from June 5th till June 16th, 1972. From this moment on, particular attention is paid to environmental component of sustainable development. This issue is so important due to the fact that environment condition directly affects population health and thus life quality. WHO reports that about 20% of deaths are environment-related.
