Природа і механізм трансформації банківських ресурсів

Abstract

Досліджено природу й механізм трансформації банківських ресурсів на мікро- та макрорівнях. Розроблено імовірнісну модель, що відображає природу і механізм формування умовно-постійної частини поточних пасивів як прояв “банківського ефекту” і встановлює кількісні взаємозв'язки у канонічному вигляді. Визначено механізм стабілізації змінної частини поточних пасивів методом короткострокових запозичень. Розглянуто механізм трансформації сукупності короткострокових депозитів у довгострокові ресурси методом послідовних заміщень. Доведено, що наявність дрібних, середніх і великих клієнтів необхідна для формування ресурсів зі стабільною складовою. Запропоновано враховувати вплив варіативності капіталу банку на трансформацію тимчасових коштів. Обґрунтовано необхідність обліку ресурсних ризиків у банківській діяльності, запропонована їхня класифікація. Розроблено теоретичне обґрунтування моделювання процесів трансформації банківських ресурсів на макрорівні. Встановлено, що довгострокові банківські ресурси, спрямовані на фінансування реального сектора економіки, витісняються короткостроковими коштами. Банки виконують місію відтворення довгострокових ресурсів за допомогою трансформації. Обґрунтовано, що цілеспрямоване й комплексне управління процесом трансформації може стати однією з головних умов досягнення збалансованого економічного зростання.

The dissertation is devoted to research of the nature and the mechanism of processes of transformation bank’s resources on micro and macrolevels. There was developed the probability model, which reflects the nature and the mechanism of formation a conditional – constant component of the current passives as a display of “bank effect ”, and establishes quantitative interrelations in an initial kind. There was determined the mechanism of stabilization of a variable part of the current passives by a method of short-term loans. The mechanism of transformation of the set of short-term deposits in long-term resources was considered by a method of consecutive replacements. It was proved, that the presence of small, average and big clients is necessary for the formation of balanced resources with a steady stable component. It was offered to take into account the influence of variability of the capital of the bank on transformation of temporary means. The necessity of the account of resource’s risks for the bank’s activity was proved, and also their classification was offered. There were developed the theoretical approaches to modelling the processes of transformation bank’s resources at a macrolevel. It is established that the long-term bank resources, directed on financing of real sector of economy, are superseding by the short-term means. Banks carry out a mission of reproduction of long-term resources by means of transformation. It is proved, that a purposeful and complex management of the process of transformation can be one of the main conditions of achievement of the balanced economic growth.
