Abstract	В статье исследованы сущность и специфика формирования информационной асимметрии в финансовой сфере как весомой угрозы финансовой безопасности государства, проведен анализ проявления информационной асимметрии в различных сферах социально- экономической деятельности и приведен механизм искажения информации при предоставлении финансовых услуг. The article studies the nature and specific character of the information asymmetry formation in the field of finance as a considerable threat to the state financial security. The information asymmetry manifestations are analyzed in various fields of socio-economic activitiy. The mechanism of information misrepresentation while financial services providing is displayed.
