Abstract	Систематизовано механізми конвергентно-інтеграційної взаємодії між інвесторами в Україні, узагальнено переваги та недоліки фінансово-промислових групи, асоціації, союзу, стратегічного альянсу, картелю, синдикату, тресту та конгломерату, визначено основні фактори невідповідності цих організаційних форм щодо створення інтеграційних об’єднань інвесторів. Обґрунтовано доцільність формування інтеграційних об’єднань на інвестиційному ринку України у формі інвестиційних конгломератів. Systematized mechanisms convergent-integrative interaction between investors in Ukraine, summarized the advantages and disadvantages of financial and industrial groups, associations, unions, strategic alliance, cartels, syndicates, trusts and conglomerate, the main factors of discrepancy between these organizational forms to create integration associations investors. Expediency formation integration associations in the investment market of Ukraine as an investment conglomerates.
