Abstract	У статті визначаються функції фінансового механізму на шляху досягнення необхідного економічного результату. Автор пропонує структурувати фінансовий механізм як складну структуру, ефективне функціонування якої можливе лише за взаємозв'язку всіх елементів. In the issue the general circuit of mutual relation financial resources - manufacture is submitted and the functions of the financial mechanism in maintenance of desirable results of this interaction are determined. The author offered structure of the financial mechanism as complex system, which effective functioning is possible only under condition of the coordinated interaction of all elements.
