Abstract	The article deals with certain issues of currency legal relations regulation. The attention is drawn to the modern state of research of the currency legal relations and the prospects of their development. The main attention is given to the certain methodological problems of their analysis. У статті розглядаються окремі питання правового регулювання валютних правовідносин. Акцентується увага на сучасному стані досліджень валютних правовідносин та перспективах їх розвитку. Основна увага приділена окремим методологічним проблемам при їх дослідженні.
