Abstract	У статті досліджуються теоретичні підходи до визначення категорії «місцеві бюджети», проаналізовано їх склад та проведено ідентифікацію значення і ролі місцевих бюджетів в загальній структурі місцевих фінансів. The article deals with theoretical approaches to the definition of "local budgets". There is the analysis of local budgets’ structure; the significance and the role of local budgets in the general structure of local finance are identified.
