Abstract	Аналізується правове регулювання оренди житла з правом викупу, досліджуються істотні умови договору оренди житла з правом викупу, а також визначаються позитивні та негативні особливості правового регулювання даного виду договору. The article is devoted to scientific and practical analysis of regulation of rental accommodation with the right of redemption. The article investigates the essential terms of the rent contract with the right of redemption, and identifies positive and negative features of the legal regulation of this type of the contract.
