Abstract	Стаття присвячена визначенню місця Державного бюро розслідувань України у системі державних органів. Зазначено, що про основне завдання правоохоронних органів згадується безпосередньо у статті 17 Конституції України, але власне поняття «правоохоронні органи» нормативних актах України законодавцем не визначено. The article is devoted to determining the place of the State Bureau of Investigations of Ukraine in the system of state bodies. It is noted that the main task of law enforcement bodies is mentioned directly in Article 17 of the Constitution of Ukraine, but the concept of "law enforcement bodies" of normative acts of Ukraine is not defined by the legislator.
