Abstract	Здійснено систематизацію перешкод на шляху ефективних комунікацій залежно від складових внутрішніх комунікацій: організаційної, інформаційної, соціально-психологічної та технологічної. Визначено типи можливих проявів неефективності внутрішніх комунікацій. Запропоновано можливі варіанти управлінських рішень залежно від типів причин неефективності внутрішніх комунікацій та їх наслідків. Осуществлена систематизация препятствий на пути эффективных коммуникаций в зависимости от составляющих внутренних коммуникаций: организационной, информационной, социально-психологической и технологической. Определены типы возможных проявлений неэффективности внутренних коммуникаций. Предложены возможные варианты управленческих решений в зависимости от типов причин неэффективности внутренних коммуникаций и их последствий. The systematization of obstacles on the way of effective communications is carried out depending on the components of internal communications: organizational, informational, social-psychological and technological. The types of possible manifestations of internal communications inefficiency are determined. Possible variants of managerial decisions are offered depending on types of reasons of internal communications inefficiency and their consequences.
