Поліцейська діяльність як засіб забезпечення публічної безпеки

Abstract

У статті зазначено, що історичні події сучасної України доводять, що публічна безпека є фундаментальним інститутом суспільства, котрий зумовлює стабільність його розвитку, ефективну діяльність держави, її публічних органів і спрямована на продуктивний розвиток громадських організацій і приватних підприємств. З’ясовано, що охорона фізичних і юридичних осіб є ключовими постулатами держави, котрі мають першочергове значення в забезпеченні суспільного блага.

The article states that the historical events of modern Ukraine prove that public security is the fundamental institution of society, which determines the stability of its development, effective activity of the state, its public bodies and is aimed at productive development public organizations and private enterprises. It is found that the protection of physical and legal persons are the key postulates of the state, which are of paramount importance in providing the public good.
