Researches of crystalline structure, electric and galvanomagnetic properties of thin films of the alloy Fe0,5-Ni0,5, got elektronbeam evaporation in a vacuum are conducted. Temperature and size dependences of resistivity of samples are studied. Dependence of magnetoresistive effect on heat treatment of films, size dependence of coercitive force, and also relation between magnetoresistance and domen structure of samples is determine.
