Item Іmproving the assessment of investment attractiveness of the enterprise(Sumy State University, 2020) Klimenko, Y.L.The purpose of this master's thesis is to improve methodological approaches to assessing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise. In the first chapter, we consider the economic essence of investment attractiveness, the stages of its evaluation analyse the methodological approaches to assessing the enterprise's investment attractiveness. In the second chapter, we made a practical application of methodological approaches to assessing enterprises' investment attractiveness. We assessed two enterprises' investment attractiveness in Sumy region: PJSC "Konotop Bakery" and PJSC "Okhtyrka Brewery". The third section provides recommendations for improving the assessment of the investment attractiveness of enterprises.Item Stock market’s security in the context of strengthening the state financial security(Сумський державний університет, 2020) Shamkalo, K. Yu.The paper substantiates the theoretical and methodological foundations for ensuring the financial security of the state through the system of investment and stock markets. The role of the stock market and the peculiarity of stock exchange indices in ensuring the financial security of the state are investigated. A comparative analysis of the volatility of the Ukrainian stock market relative to the European and American ones, taking into account the time horizon of investment, is carried out, and a correlation is established between the indices under consideration. Based on the study, conclusions are drawn about the impact of trends in stock indices and international ratings of investment attractiveness on the financial security of Ukraine from the side of investor profitability.Item Оцінка інвестиційної привабливості підприємства(Сумський державний університет, 2020) Мартинюк, О.В.Метою будь-якої компанії є отримання доходу, щоб досягти цю мету компанія повинна бути конкурентоспроможною. Тому з кожним роком оцінка інвестиційної привабливості компанії стає все більше значущою і актуальною. Об’єкт дослідження – процес оцінювання інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Предмет дослідження – економічні відносини що виникають при залученні інвестиційних ресурсів підприємством. Методи дослідження – розрахунково-аналітичний, табличний, коефіцієнтний аналіз. У першому розділі дипломної роботи аналізується змістовна складова поняття інвестиційної привабливості підприємств. У другому розділі наведено сучасні науково-методичні підходи до визначення інвестиційної привабливості підприємств. У третьому розділі розглянуто напрями збільшення інвестиційної привабливості підприємства.
