Item International labor migration and its impact on the world economy(Sumy State University, 2024) Panchenko, V.V.Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є узагальнення теоретичних засад міжнародної трудової міграції, її впливу на світову економіку, а також розробка та обґрунтування напрямів її вдосконалення. Об'єктом дослідження є процеси розвитку міжнародної трудової міграції. Предметом дослідження є пошук шляхів стабілізації трудової міграції через впровадження відповідних регуляторних практик. Завданнями роботи є - виявити причини міжнародної міграції, обґрунтувати їх теоретично та практично; - визначити місце міжнародної трудової міграції у світовій економіці; - розглянути правову природу міграції; - проаналізувати масштаби трудової міграції у світі; - розглянути вплив міжнародної трудової міграції на економіку економіку країн світу; розглянути вплив міжнародної трудової міграції на економіку країн; - визначити перспективи розвитку міжнародної трудової міграції в процесі глобалізації.Item The economic development model of Ukraine in the context of strengthening integration processes and Industry 4.0(Sumy State University, 2024) Musiienko, O.О.The purpose of the master's level degree qualification paper is to study the theoretical foundations and to develop practical recommendations for enhancing Ukraine's economic development model in the context of strengthening integration processes and adapting to the advancements of Industry 4.0 The object of the study is the economic development model of Ukraine within the framework of integration processes and the transition to Industry 4.0. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of strengthening Ukraine’s economic integration and industrial transformation in the context of Industry 4.0. To achieve this goal and objectives, the study utilized a range of scientific research methods. Theoretical foundations of economic development were explored in the context of integration processes and Industry 4.0, focusing on the concept and essence of Industry 4.0, its impact on economic processes, and the influence of global integration trends on Ukraine's economy. The analysis of Ukraine's current economic state included an examination of its economic indicators, integration policy, and key challenges and opportunities arising from Industry 4.0 and integration processes. Building on these insights, an economic development model for Ukraine was proposed, tailored to the specifics of Industry 4.0, supported by a SWOT analysis to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
