Theoretical and methodic approach to choose marketing strategies to provide ecological security of the economic system, based on economic system ecological security estimation methodics, is improved. Methodic approach to ground complex of instruments concerning economic system ecological security provision, based on the factors to estimate their potential, level of the ecological security and factors of the economic system development synchrony and ecological security provision, is suggested. Methodic approach to estimate processes synchrony to provide ecological security in the economic system, is suggested.Item Reconsideration of the international management in terms of modern tendencies(Sumy State University, 2017) Zharova, L.V.The article analyzes main directions to reconsider modern international management within sustainable development. Attention is paid to the necessity to comprise all aspects of development far from usual boundaries of the economic growth, including material and non-material life needs. Main directions to form new concept of the international management, particularly, natural resources effective use, necessity to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases, care about health and bio-variety for innovations, are distinguished. It is concluded about mutuality and interdependence of such constituents as corporations and society. The essential element of this process is the continuous satisfaction of human needs with the use of what nature and the process of globalization have given of themselves. Therefore, the authors of this article research has identified the following problems, namely. Do man can imagine himself without essential environment? Is the action and the human conscience allows him to "surrender" the gifts of fauna and flora? Is in the current progress in the development of society is the human factor that causes people to become empathetic to the devastation of the environment? Today one of the most significant factors to achieve sustainable development in Ukraine is to activate the ecologically oriented innovative activity. This requires new approaches creation for the innovative processes management system at different economic levels. Ecological or “green” start-ups consist in realization of ideas by non-typical way, how it is possible to save ecology and to gain material benefits. All win in business-model of the similar projects: governments save on waste disposal, citizens are awarded for ecological way of life, and sponsors realize social responsibility.Item The public finance management in the context of sustainable development(Sumy State University, 2016) Tropina, V.B.The article reviews specific features of the financial policy of sustainable development, especially its development and implementation. The priority areas of financial policy of Ukraine in the context of the goals and targets of the 2030 Agenda for sustainable development are identified. The attention on the importance of internal resources in the structure of sources of financial support the goals and objectives of sustainable development is accented. The directions of the mobilization and efficient use of public financial resources as a necessary condition for socioeconomic development of Ukraine on the principles of sustainable development are suggested.Item Improving e-government as one of the preconditions for economic development(Sumy State University, 2016) Skyba, M.V.In the article the author argues that the comparison of key indicators of the functioning of egovernment in Ukraine and the EU show that countries that have a well-functioning system of egovernment have higher levels of economic development. The author concludes that the development of e-government will improve the quality and efficiency of public services, making them accessible and transparent, help reduce costs and reduce the administrative burden on businesses and citizens in the process of interaction with the public administration. Improving e-government system in Ukraine can use the experience of EU countries, adaptation of the basic principles of e-government in the EU when developing national legal acts.Item Efficiency of management of sustainable development – challenges, problems, barriers(Sumy State University, 2016) Zięba, K.; Olma, S.This paper discusses such issues as the importance of efficiency management of sustainable development. In the authors’ opinion, this matter is currently topical subject due to, among others, on the still high costs of irrational management in the field. Dynamically changing environment forces to search for new solutions for efficiency management of sustainable development, and unfortunately, in many countries it is still a significant problem. For some countries, the efficiency management of sustainable development is difficult. It should be noted that the problem with the inaction of relevant activities of the countries in the field of development of efficiency management of sustainability development will grow, because globalization makes it necessary to generate new solutions emerging to date problems. Facing each country there are so many challenges in the field. However, some countries are aware of the seriousness of the problem and therefore take a number of measures in this regard, often regardless of the amount of costs. This has an impact on their competitiveness. Apparent is also increasing incorporation of new original solutions in the field of sustainable development management.Item Methodology of analysis sustainable development of Ukraine by using the theory fuzzy logic(Sumy State University, 2016) Karaieva, N.V.; Bereznytska, M.V.Article objective is analysis of the theoretical and methodological aspects for the assessment of sustainable development in times of crisis. The methodical approach to the analysis of sustainable development territory taking into account the assessment of the level of economic security has been proposed. A necessity of development of the complex methodical approach to the accounting of the indeterminacy properties and multicriterial in the tasks to provide economic safety on the basis of using the fuzzy logic theory (or the fuzzy sets theory) was proved. The results of using the method of fuzzy sets of during the 2002-2012 years the dynamics of changes dynamics of sustainable development in Ukraine were presented.Item Theoretical justification of indicators system to estimate the regional stability level considering its development peculiarities(Sumy State University, 2016) Granovska, L.M.; Nyzheholenko, K.S.The article deals with theoretical analysis of the indicators system concept, observes in details such components of this system as society, nature, economy. The general indicators of social, ecological, and economic system development are considered. It has been found that indicators are the indexes system of ecological, economical, and social development and give the possibility to analyze and control the implementation of areas sustainable development statement. The system of indicators, which characterize the level of the region stability on the basis of domestic and foreign experience considering region peculiarities, has been improved. At that, the regional peculiarities of both the natural and resource potential and the economical activity impact on the natural and resource potential have been taken into account.Item Modern perspectives of development of «green» economy(Sumy State University, 2015) Chernykhivska, A.V.У статті розглянуто теоретичні, методологічні та практичні засади впровадження «зеленої» економіки та перспектив її розвитку. Описано світовий досвід стимулювання переходу до «зеленої економіки». Показано фактори розвитку сектора «зеленої економіки». Проаналізовано джерела і дано визначення поняття «зелена економіка». Показано методичні аспекти стимулювання переходу до «зеленої економіки». Висвітлено сучасні напрями розвитку «зеленої» економіки. Обґрунтовано значення «озеленення» пріоритетних галузей господарства. Визначено пріоритети формування державної політики на основі впровадження інноваційних екологічно безпечних технологій, які зможуть забезпечити сталий розвиток суспільства в стратегічній перспективі.
