Item Ukraine’s recovery from the war consequences: economic management and development scenarios(Sumy State University, 2023) Lukianenko, T.S.; Klindukh, I.V.; Закусило, Роман Васильович; Zakusylo, Roman Vasylovych; Petrushova, L.S.Introduction. russia's aggressive invasion has united Ukrainian society, and at the same time, there is a need for a rapid response to the unprecedented challenges posed by the realities of today. The external threats did not meet the expectations of the aggressor country, which relied on the complete economic collapse of Ukraine and destabilization of the financial and economic system, but there were negative consequences. The key problems for Ukraine's economy today are a decline in production, an increase in the number of unemployed, weakening of public finances, and threats to currency stability. Ukraine's recovery from the war consequences is a topical issue for both technical experts and economists.Item Properties of solid rocket propellants differing in utilized binder(Sumy State University, 2023) Łysień, K.; Waśkiewicz, S.; Stolarczyk, A.; Mielańczyk, A.; Закусило, Роман Васильович; Zakusylo, Roman Vasylovych; Jarosz, T.The aim of the work was to study the effect of the choice of binder used (hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene as a non-energetic binder and glycidyl azide polymer as an energetic binder) on the properties of rocket propellants. In addition, the prepared rocket propellants samples differed in the utilised oxidising agent - it was, respectively, ammonium perchlorate belonging to the "traditional" oxidants and phase-stabilised ammonium nitrate - its "green" alternative.Item Economic development of Ukraine during the war: challenges, risks and today's realities(Sumy State University, 2022) Lukianenko, T.S.; Klindukh, I.V.; Закусило, Роман Васильович; Закусило, Роман Васильевич; Zakusylo, Roman Vasylovych; Petrushova, L.S.The structure of the economy, which reflects the formed macroeconomic proportions, is not static. In the course of its development, it evolves, it is modified, adapting to objective factors and being subject to the regulatory influence of the state. Structural changes in the economy occur continuously as a reaction to various factors (conjunctural, innovative, institutional, etc.), they have a natural character and, according to the evolutionary approach, are an objective process of its development. The basis of the development process is the inconsistency of changes in the structure of the needs and interests of economic subjects with changes in the placement, technology of use and distribution of economic resources, which generates uneven dynamics of the ratio of quantitative indicators of various elements of the structure. The purpose of the article. To analyze financial and economic challenges and risks in the context of ensuring a stable, safe public development with justification of anticrisis management mechanisms from the perspective of today's realities.Item Influence of the Striker Material on the Results of High-Speed Impact at a Barrier(Institute of Industrial Organic Chemistry, Poland, 2021) Voitenko, Y.; Закусило, Роман Васильович; Закусило, Роман Васильевич; Zakusylo, Roman Vasylovych; Zaychenko, S.In this work the influence of the characteristics ofthematerial ofthe striker (cumulative jet or projectile), moving at speeds of 2-10 km/s, on the volume of the resulting crater in a metal target, has been studied. The dependence ofthe crater volume in an aluminum alloy target ofCu-Al, W-Cu-Pb-Al composites, and steel St45 for a PTFE-Cu composite, were investigated. The outer diameter and height of the shaped charges were 26 and 28, and 31 and 33 mm, respectively. The mass of the explosive (phlegmatized hexogen) in these charges was 10 and 18 g. A comparison was made between the ratios of the kinetic energy of the striker to the volume of the crater formed for the composites PTFE-Al, PTFE-Cu, Cu-Al, Ni-Al, W-Cu-Pb, and porous materials Cu and Al. It was demonstrated that the chemical interaction of the components of the porous Cu-Al and Ni-Al composites during penetration into the barrier is possible at an impact velocity of at least 2-3 km/s and a porosity of at least 30%.Item Shear Flow of Guncotton Pulp(Institute of Industrial Organic Chemistry, 2021) Банишевський, Віктор Васильович; Банышевский, Виктор Васильевич; Banyshevskyi, Viktor Vasylovych; Закусило, Роман Васильович; Закусило, Роман Васильевич; Zakusylo, Roman Vasylovych; Закусило, Дарина Романівна; Закусило, Дарья Романовна; Zakusylo, Daryna RomanivnaThis article considers aspects of the flow, rheology, and viscometry of guncotton pulp. It is substantiated that during production guncotton pulp issubjected to shear deformation, taking into account sliding over smooth surfaces, in the input zones of the dies, in the barrel, and on the crimped finned tube of the screw extruder. At the same time, the presence of shear stress in guncotton pulp has not been established. A rotational viscometer with a torque meter, which was developed during this research, enabled the presence of shear stress in guncotton pulp to be demonstrated. The values of the flow stress depend on the solvent content in the guncotton pulp; as this is decreased, the τ0 value increases. When the flow curve for the section from τ0 to τRmax was constructed, the flow curves of the guncotton pulp were described by the Herschel-Bulkley equation. The flow curves of guncotton pulp obtained on corrugated capillaries of different sizes are non-invariant and depend on the magnitude of the deformation of the guncotton pulp in the capillaries. Guncotton pulp flows in a narrow range of pressures and deformations.Item Regularities of Spheroidization of HMX Extracted from Solid Propellant Disposal Products(Institute of Industrial Organic Chemistry, Poland, 2020) Cheltonov, M.; Закусило, Роман Васильович; Закусило, Роман Васильевич; Zakusylo, Roman Vasylovych; Ustymenko, I.Nitramines of high quality for manufacturing high-energy composites, such as oсtogen (HMX) and hexogen, have received much attention by researchers worldwide. Mixed formulations containing fillers in the form of spheroidal dispersed particles of explosives are homogenized at lower energy consumption. They are characterized by stable rheological characteristics, which guarantee the quality of the products obtained on the basis thereof. Methods for obtaining spherical nitramine particles by means of ultrasonic and hydromechanical rounding using commercial HMX were evaluated. It wasfound that under similar conditions, rounding by the hydromechanical process in a vortex device is more efficient and less energy-consuming than that ofthe ultrasonic method. It was confirmed that spheroidization of commercial HMX in an aqueous dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) medium by hydromechanical rounding occurs due to erosion of crystals of large size (70 μm or more). Based on the experimental results with spheroidization of commercial nitramine, the mass fraction content below 50 μm versus time was plotted for hydromechanical rounding. The method of hydromechanical rounding in aqueous DMSO to obtain spheroidized HMX, extracted from solid propellant using DMSO, wasfound to be the most suitable. Spheroidized modified HMX with specific characteristics (density and crystals of near-spherical shape) was obtained, which could be used for the manufacture of high-energy composites.
