По-перше, автор проаналізував Зовнішньоекономічний баланс України за останні 9 років. Цей аналіз показує значимість проведення експортно-імпортних операцій для держави. Процес міжнародної торгівлі починається з підприємств. Тому потрібно визначити, що грає ключову роль в діяльності зовнішньоекономічних підприємств. Для цього автор розглянув основні складові ресурсного забезпечення, які мають безпосередній вплив на отримання прибутку. Важливу роль для підприємства має саме фінансове забезпечення. Подальше дослідження автор присвячує дослідженню сутності фінансового забезпечення зовнішньоекономічного підприємства. Невід'ємною частиною даного забезпечення автор виділяє фінансові ресурси і фінансовий потенціал і знаходить зв'язок між даними категоріями. Автор пропонує власне тлумачення поняття фінансове забезпечення зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Розділяє поняття фінансового забезпечення, фінансових ресурсів і фінансового потенціалу та встановлює їх взаємозв'язок. Abstract – The purpose of writing of article consists in research of essence of financial security of foreign economic activity and its place in resource providing. First, the author analysed the External economic balance of Ukraine for the last 9 years. This analysis shows the importance of carrying out export-import transactions for the state. Process of international trade begins with the enterprises. Therefore it is necessary to define that plays a key role in activity of the external economic enterprises. For this purpose the author considered the main components of resource providing which have direct influence on receiving profit. For the enterprise financial security has an important role. The author devotes the subsequent research to research of essence of financial security of the external economic enterprise. The author allocates with an integral part of this providing financial resources and financial potential and finds communication between these categories. The author offers own interpretation of concept financial security of foreign economic activity. Shares the concept of financial security, financial resources and financial potential and establishes their interrelation.
