Today's politicians are actively leveraging the positive experience of using Internet technologies to influence target audiences and building political communication with potential voters. Therefore, political communications including posts on candidates' official pages between the first and second rounds of presidential elections were chosen for the analysis. Based on the content analysis of text messages in the following aspects: frequency of posting, thematic integrity and completeness of the content, use of keywords, the participation in debates, vision of Ukraine's geopolitical strategy, and V. Zelensky's inaugural speech, the authors concluded that V. Zelensky's account was inferior to P. Poroshenko's account by the number of subscribers (readers) – 34 thousand vs 1.21 million; messages (43 vs 270); meaningful keywords. Significant differences were observed in the thematic content filling. V. Zelensky used completely different instruments considering the mood of the citizens of Ukraine, their attitude to the previous government. He played on the heartstrings of Ukrainians. His phenomenon is similar to the phenomenon in the interpretation of I. Distance learning in the era of postmodernism is a type of learning, based on the educational interaction between teachers and students who are distant from each other, implemented with the help of telecommunication technologies and Internet resources. Distance learning is part of blended learning, which has become increasingly common in the education of foreign students. Blended Learning is a fairly new method of learning, which is indispensable for full-time education. It is a learning/teaching system that combines the best aspects and advantages of classroom teaching and interactive or distance learning and creates accessible and motivating courses for students, in which the learning process is a defined system consisting of different parts that function in constant interconnection with each other to form a kind of whole. В результаті транспозиції питальні речення можуть бути використані у вторинній функції,в такому випадку вони стають нетиповими питальними реченнями. В цьому виді речень за допомогою спеціальних мовних засобів виражається прагнення мовця щось дізнатися, у чомусь впевнитися, або спонукають співбесідника висловити думку з приводу того, що його цікавить. Автор статті робить спробу визначити основні особливості перекладу нетипових питальних речень на українску мову. Також проводитсья аналіз засобів передачі модальності нетипових питальних речень в англійському та українському дискурсах. При перекладі речень даного виду перкладач має використовувати в цільовому тексті речення, які виражають ідентичну з текстом оригіналу емоційну оцінку ситуації та комунікативну ціль, хоча лексико-граматична структура перекладених питань може відрізнятися від оригінального речення.
