Energy security in wartime for sustainable development
(Centre of Sociological Research, 2024) Мельник, Леонід Григорович; Melnyk, Leonid Hryhorovych; Кубатко, Олександр Васильович; Kubatko, Oleksandr Vasylovych; Kalinichenko, L.
The energy sector is an important and vulnerable component of any country's economy. Due to military aggression by the russian federation, Ukraine is experiencing increased challenges in this area. The loss of coal as an importantsource of energy is a serious challenge, asthe temporarily entrenched Donbas has limited natural resources that do not provide sufficient energy sustainability. In this regard, the gas industry becomes one of the few available alternatives. However, significant dependence on natural gas imports increases risks for the country. Urgent reforms in the energy efficiency of the GDP require significant efforts in the structural restructuring of the economy, which, in turn, will significantly affect the socio-economic situation of Ukraine.

(Primedia eLaunch, 2022) Мельник, Леонід Григорович; Melnyk, Leonid Hryhorovych; Кубатко, Олександр Васильович; Kubatko, Oleksandr Vasylovych; Дегтярьова, Ірина Борисівна; Dehtyarova, Iryna Borysivna; Lepeyko, T.I.; Ковальов, Богдан Леонідович; Kovalov, Bohdan Leonidovych

(Primedia eLaunch, 2022) Мельник, Леонід Григорович; Melnyk, Leonid Hryhorovych; Simanovska, A.; Маценко, Олександр Михайлович; Matsenko, Oleksandr Mykhailovych; Дегтярьова, Ірина Борисівна; Dehtyarova, Iryna Borysivna; Псарьов, Олександр Вікторович; Psarov, Oleksandr Viktorovych

Transformation of socio-economic systems and adaptation of enterprises for additive (digital) production
Matsenko, Oleksandr Mykhailovych; Piven, V.S.; Chuzhdanova, M.
The study of modern enterprises' adaptation processes to additive (digital) production in the conditions of transformational changes of a bifurcation-breakthrough nature requires special scientific attention today. Adaptation and transformation are considered different processes but can overlap, so transformation includes adaptation to new conditions. But it can be the other way around when the gradual adaptation of socio-economic systems leads to transformation. Adapting modern enterprises to transformational changes requires adjustment (adaptation) of human capital to new business conditions. To a greater extent, the work is devoted to these aspects.

Formation of intellectual capital as a basic trend in ensuring the progressive development of economic systems
Matsenko, Oleksandr Mykhailovych; Holub, A.V.; Perekhod, Ye.A.
Currently, humanity is experiencing an epochal trend – a phase transition (PHT) to the future socio-economic formation. The peculiarity of this trend is that it develops in the process of three industrial revolutions at once – the Third, Fourth and Fifth, which are a kind of general megatrend. A feature of socio-economic systems is the active role of a person, who influences with his work the change in the conditions of the external environment and the formation of the necessary prerequisites for PHT in the systems themselves. In the process of epochal phase transitions that change the contours of human civilization in the essential triad of man (bio-labour-socio), the centre of gravity gradually shifts from "bio" through "work" to "socio". The last element (socio) occupies a leading place in the new information and network formation.

Scientific approaches to the formation of organizational and economic mechanisms of functioning of additive (digital) economy
(The University of Technology in Katowice Press, 2023) Мельник, Леонід Григорович; Melnyk, Leonid Hryhorovych; Маценко, Олександр Михайлович; Matsenko, Oleksandr Mykhailovych; Kalinichenko, L.L.
Transformational changes in the economy are taking place more intensively and becoming more radical. Today, Industries 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 are running simultaneously. The combination of these three industrial revolutions, and as a result, the decentralization of production, the financial system, the socialization of society and the rise to a new level of artificial intelligence became the reason for the formation of a new economy – additive, which can roughly be called digital. The additive economy combines the advantages of green, digital and creative. Therefore, it is important to determine approaches to the formation of the organizational and economic mechanism of its functioning.

Integral intelligence of the collective of enterprises as the basis of ensuring its competitiveness
Kubatko, Oleksandr Vasylovych
As the analysis of scientific works proves, most researchers investigate only the theoretical and methodical basis of investment and innovation development of enterprises in technological and technical aspects without focusing sufficiently on the personnel aspect. Indeed, the investment and innovation process at enterprises is based on the use of the human and intellectual potential of individual workers, but its effectiveness increases when using integrated intelligence.
