Materials and Methods: The study included adults aged 18 to 70 years, residents of Sumy who suffer from diabetes. They took part in a medical and sociological survey before introduction of the ICS and gave consent for processing and using of their personal data. A total of 96 patients were involved. We conducted a survey form of the study, using a closed questionnaire for medical and sociological research, conducted during December 2019. The study included such methods as systematic approach, bibliosemantic, comparative and statistical analyses, logical generalization. Results: During the following medical and sociological survey, 96 questionnaires from Sumy residents aged 18 to 69 years, 58 women (60,42±3,53%) and 38 men (39,58±3,53%)) were studied. Analysis of re-monitoring results showed that during the period of implementation of the ICS at the level of primary health care, the indicators of MCQ and health status of respondents have improved. The proportion of patients, who regularly control the level of blood pressure, increased by 32.29%, and those, who control the level of blood glucose – by 31.24%. The incidence of hypoglycemia and/or ketoacidosis states has decreased by 4.17%. During the survey, the part of respondents with targeted blood pressure level increased by 25.00% and the number of respondents with satisfactory level of diabetes compensation increased by 29.18%. The survey showed that more respondents (12.5%) began to regularly take prescribed medications; the number of those, who began to follow diet and dietary regimen has increased by 28.12%; 5.19% of respondents abandoned bad habits (smoking). The number of respondents who have a body mass index ≥ 30.0 has decreased by 4.69%. Conclusions: The introduction of information and communication system (ICS) with feedback between patient and provider of medical services at the primary health care institution level has shown a positive impact on involvement of patients in dynamic monitoring of their health, responsible attitude to prevention of chronic non-communicable diseases` development and their complications, awareness of the impact of modified risk factors on their health.Item Результати медико-соціологічного дослідження щодо визначення проблемних питань в організації медичної допомоги серед пацієнтів із ЦД типу 2(Aluna, 2020) Сміянов, Владислав Анатолійович; Смиянов, Владислав Анатольевич; Smiianov, Vladyslav Anatoliiovych; Дрига, Наталія Олександрівна; Дрыга, Наталия Александровна; Dryha, Nataliia Oleksandrivna; Руденко, Л.А.; Жалдак, Дар`я Олександрівна; Жалдак, Дарья Александровна; Zhaldak, Dar`ia OleksandrivnaВ структурі хронічних неінфекційних захворювань (ХНІЗ) цукровий діабет (ЦД) посідає друге місце. Найбільш поширеною формою діабету є 2 тип, який складає 90-95 % від усіх випадків в світі. За попередніми прогнозами Всесвітньої організації охорони здоров’я до 2030 року число хворих зросте до 552 мільйонів людей, що створює передумови вважати ЦД глобальною пандемією. As an research object it was called mHealth and named by Global observatory of electronic health`s protection as “Doctor and social health practice that can be supported by any mobile units (mobile phones or smartphones), units for patient`s health control, personal computers and other units of non-wired communication”. An active usage of SMS in programs for patients` cure regimen keeping was quiet predictable. Mobile and electronic units only begin their development in medical sphere. Thus, to solve all health`s protection system reformation problems a special memorandum about cooperation in creating E-Health system in Ukraine was signed. The aim: Development of ICS for monitoring and non-infection ill patients` informing system optimization as a first level of medical help. Materials and methods: During research, we used systematical approach, meta-analysis, informational-analytical systems` schemes projection, expositive modeling. Developing the backend (server part of the site), we used next technologies: 1) the Apache web server; 2) programming language PHP; 3) Yii 2 PHP Framework. In the frontend developing were used the following technologies (client part of the site): 1) Bootstrap 3; 2) Vue JS Framework. Results and conclusions: Created duo-channel system “doctor-patient” and “patient-doctor” will allow usual doctors of family medicine (DFM) take the interactive dispensarycure and avoid uncontrolled illness progress. Doctor will monitor basic physical data of patient`s health and curing process.
