    Тemperature and Concentration Dependences of Anisotropic Magnetoresistance Film Materials

    In framework the phenomenological approach the question of the temperature dependence of anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) at the fixed value inducing an external magnetic field (B) and the concentration dependence of AMR at the fixed B and T were analyzes. The obtained ratio to assess and predict the magnitude of thermal and concentration coefficients of AMR, virtually can not be done in the classical model, since it allows complex ratio with many uncertain parameters.

    Magneto-optical Studying of Magnetic Nanoparticle Arrays, Obtained by Thin Metal Films Thermal Treatment

    Magnetic nanoparticle assemblies were obtained using thermal annealing of thin Co films (initial effective film thickness 1,5-1,8 nm), condensed by thermal evaporation on Si3N4/Si substrates. After condensation samples were annealed (T = 1020 K) in vacuum (residual gas pressure P = 10 – 7 Pa).

    The question about the conditions of formation granular solid solutions (systems based on components with limited or unlimited solubility) or peculiar quasigranular films (systems with mutual solubility of the components and the formation of intermetallic phases in the bulk samples). On example of the first film (Ag/Fe/S) and second (Fe/Pt/Fe/S, [Fe/Pt]8 /S) films types the temperature and concentration dependences of the resistance and thermal coefficient of resistance (TCR) were studies. It is concluded that the value of TCR will always depend on the composition (type of crystal lattices) termostabilize film material, rather than on the efficiency of electron scattering in granules or quasigranular because they will most likely realized ballistic charge transport mechanism.

    In this paper described a technique for obtaining arrays of magnetic nanoparticles on amorphous Si3N4 substrates during annealing of thin Co films. Magneto-optical properties of the nanoparticle arrays were studied using MOKE. It was shown the dependence of magneto-optical properties of nanoparticle arrays from their morphology.     The results of research magnetoresistive and magnetooptical properties of nanosize film systems based on Fe and Au are presented. It was shown that the value of magnetoresistance and magnetooptical properties depends on phase state of systems, concentration of Fe atoms and annealing temperature.     Magneto-optical Properties of Spin-Valve Systems on the Basis of Au/Fe/Au/Co/Si

    This paper presents the results of investigation of magneto-optical Kerr effect in pseudo spin-valve systems on the basis of Fe, Co and Au. The significant dependence of coercetivity on such parameters as relative position of ferromagnetic layers, their thicknesses and surface morphology was shown. The investigation was carried out with AFM and TEM methods. Coercitivity value is greater for Au(3)/Fe(3)/Au(6)/Co(20)/SiO2/Si system. This is explained with different transitional metals growth mechanisms on the substrate and on non-magnetic layer and with more varied surface morphology of films with thickness about 3 nm because of three-dimensional islands in Stranski - Krastanov growth mode.
