    Об'єктом дослідження є діяльність міжнародних фінансових організацій. Предметом дослідження є переваги та ризики міжнародного співробітництва України з фінансовими організаціями. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження теоретичних засад міжнародного фінансування та результатів його впливу на економічний розвиток України. Для досягнення поставленої мети в роботі поставлені наступні завдання:  розкрити сутність поняття міжнародного фінансування, його функції, види та форми;  визначити переваги та недоліки міжнародного фінансування;  проаналізувати міжнародні фінансові організації: їх види, функції та цілі;  дослідити стан зовнішньої заборгованості європейських країн, визначити проблеми зовнішньоекономічної заборгованості та шляхи її вирішення;  проаналізувати співпрацю України з Міжнародним валютним фондом Фондом та оцінити вплив його кредитів на економіку України;

    Debt security management in Ukraine

    The paper addresses Ukraine's unstable debt situation, characterized by substantial public debt, unfavorable borrowing terms, inefficient use of funds, suboptimal currency composition of public and guaranteed debt, and unsatisfactory debt security indicators. Given that debt security is crucial for maintaining sovereignty, ensuring stable national operations, and fostering socio-economic development, the relevance of the study is evident. The primary goal of this paper is to develop theoretical foundations, improve scientific and methodological approaches, and provide practical recommendations for managing Ukraine’s debt security. This goal is achieved through the following tasks:  Analyzing the concept of “debt security of the state.”  Identifying factors influencing national debt security.  Investigating risks that arise in managing debt security.  Assessing the state and structure of Ukraine’s public debt.  Calculating and evaluating the integral debt security index for Ukraine.  Exploring approaches to reform the debt security management system. The study employs various research methods, including analysis, synthesis, logical generalization, statistical analysis, and comparative analysis.

Maslow to develop comprehensive strategies for marketing, sales, and product enhancement. This paper aims to establish how recognizing and addressing client motivations, especially the sense of recognition and self-respect, can improve business outcomes and enhance client loyalty. The object of the study is the motivational sphere of clients in small and medium-sized businesses, particularly focusing on how branded promotional products contribute to meeting psychological needs and driving client behavior. The subject of the study is the integration of psychological theories into practical business strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness, sales performance, and product appeal.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current trends and development of digital services in Ukraine, with a particular emphasis on their role in the global market. The purpose of this paper is to explore the current trends in the development of digital services in Ukraine and to analyze their competitiveness and export potential in the global market. It is realized by performing the following tasks: - identify key trends in the global digital services market; - provide an overview of the Ukrainian digital services market; - analyze the advantages and challenges of digital service exports for developing countries; - examine the contribution of digital services to Ukraine’s economy and its export dynamics; - analyze leading Ukrainian companies and startups in global markets; - Investigate role of outsourcing and product development in service exports; - examine barriers to development of the sector; - analyze strategies for overcoming barriers and fostering growth; identify technological innovations and specializations of Ukrainian companies.

    International economic sanctions as a tool of foreign policy of states

The following research methods were used during the study: analysis, synthesis, systematization and generalization, factor analysis, comparative analysis, causal analysis, graphical method. The information base of the research consisted of the results of scientific studies by domestic and foreign scholars, statistical data from international organizations, including the United Nations, the World Trade Organization, and the European Union.

    The economic development model of Ukraine in the context of strengthening integration processes and Industry 4.0

    The purpose of the master's level degree qualification paper is to study the theoretical foundations and to develop practical recommendations for enhancing Ukraine's economic development model in the context of strengthening integration processes and adapting to the advancements of Industry 4.0 The object of the study is the economic development model of Ukraine within the framework of integration processes and the transition to Industry 4.0. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of strengthening Ukraine’s economic integration and industrial transformation in the context of Industry 4.0. To achieve this goal and objectives, the study utilized a range of scientific research methods. Theoretical foundations of economic development were explored in the context of integration processes and Industry 4.0, focusing on the concept and essence of Industry 4.0, its impact on economic processes, and the influence of global integration trends on Ukraine's economy. The analysis of Ukraine's current economic state included an examination of its economic indicators, integration policy, and key challenges and opportunities arising from Industry 4.0 and integration processes. Building on these insights, an economic development model for Ukraine was proposed, tailored to the specifics of Industry 4.0, supported by a SWOT analysis to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Finally, prospects for implementing the model and potential adjustments were discussed to ensure alignment with Ukraine's strategic objectives in the global economy.

    The purpose of the qualification master's thesis is to study the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for minimizing the negative impact of global financial instability on the international economic activities of enterprises. The object of the study is enterprises engaged in international economic activities under conditions of global financial instability. The subject of the study is the mechanisms of the impact of global financial instability on enterprise activities and the development of effective adaptation strategies to these conditions. To achieve the set objectives and tasks, general scientific research methods were applied, including: system analysis, comparative analysis, statistical analysis, and the expert evaluation method. The information base for the qualification master's thesis includes scientific works by domestic and foreign scholars, statistical data from international financial organizations, and the results of the author's own empirical research.

To achieve this goal and objectives there were used following scientific methods of research: general scientific special methods of cognition, theoretical research, as well as a systematic approach, comparative, statistical analysis, methods of grouping and classification, etc.
