На ефективність компанії на ринку впливає правильно організований процес управління маркетингом. Враховуючи специфіку служби крові, можна запропонувати послідовність наступних етапів маркетингової діяльності малих і середніх закладів служби крові: 1. встановлення цілей та показників їх досягнення, кількість нових і повторних донорів, донацій, проведені заходи, залучені стейкхолдери); 2. аналіз ринку та маркетингових можливостей підприємства (постачальники, донори, товари та послуги, конкуренти, споживачі, законодавчі зміни); 3. сегментація (потенційні та існуючі донори, клієнти, споживачі послуг); 4. розробка маркетингової програми (планування шляхів досягнення цілей); 5. реалізація маркетингової програми; 6. процес управління: підготовчий етап, закупівлі, виробництво товарів і послуг, збут, лояльність; 7. контроль за виконанням маркетингового плану (цілей), його коригування та оцінка ефективності. Такий підхід дозволить систематизувати маркетингову діяльність служби крові та досягти поставлених цілей.Item Management of higher education institution(Sumy State University, 2022) Zahoruiko, K.Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню управління вищими навчальними закладами. В роботі розглядаються теоретичні, методологічні основи управління навчальними закладами, а також регіональні та фінансові аспекти управління. Проведений аналіз на основі Сумського державного університету. У роботі розкриваються такі питання, як історичне становлення навчальної структури, управління вищою освітою, фінансове забезпечення. Також розглянуто сутність менеджменту освіти, визначено функції та принципи, методи управління вищими навчальними закладами, проаналізовані регіональні аспекти, проведено дослідження на прикладі Сумського державного університету. Purpose and methods. The aim of the article lies in the analysis of arrangement peculiarities of students’ leisure at professional schools in the period of the Post-war Recovery of Ukraine (1945-1950). The study used methods include general scientific (analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, typology, abstraction) and special (problem-chronological, comparative, systematic, retrospective, hermeneutics and content-analysis elements) methods. Results. The research reveals that the extra-curricular activity and organized leisure time of students at labour reserves educational establishments, primarily, were additionally political-ideologically and military-physically oriented. It also used the principles of authoritative pedagogy. Conclusions. The scientific novelty of the research results is that for the first time the analysis, classification and characterization of specific types of students’ free time organization were made, as well as efficiency of the motivation and control means of leisure arrangement model was evaluated. Also the problem of potential modernization of banking supervision institutional base is explained taking into account the supervision authorities practices and banking system functioning in some European countries. The impact of central banks on the national systems of banking supervision is discussed. The conclusion is drawn that there is no clear tendency in relation to supervisory models; every country chooses an acceptable institutional structure depending on the specifics of its national economy, development trends in the credit system and its financial market.
