Item Decentralized energy for national resilience: business models and digital solutions for Ukraine’s business(Sumy State University, 2025) Сотник, Ірина Миколаївна; Sotnyk, Iryna Mykolaivna; Yang, Y.; Yingyou, C.У статті розглянуто роль децентралізованих відновлюваних енергетичних систем для забезпечення енергетичної безпеки, економічної стійкості та екологічних цілей України. Показано, що під час війни їх значення зростає через руйнування централізованої інфраструктури. Охарактеризовано сучасні бізнес-моделі, зокрема громадські енергетичні проєкти, однорангову торгівлю, віртуальні електростанції, енергію-як-послугу та державно-приватні партнерства. Розглянуто цифрові інструменти індустрії 4.0 та 5.0, які забезпечують масштабованість, інноваційність і соціальну справедливість енеергтичних проєктів. Зроблено висновок, що децентралізовані системи є стратегічною необхідністю для відбудови енергетики України.Item Decarbonization after destruction: cost-optimal strategies for Ukraine’s electricity sector transition(Sumy State University, 2025) Сотник, Ірина Миколаївна; Sotnyk, Iryna Mykolaivna; Sasse, J.-P.; Trutnevyte, E.Дослідження присвячене післявоєнній відбудові електроенергетики України на принципах декарбонізації та стійкості. На основі моделі UKRAINE-EXPANSE розроблено чотири сценарії розвитку сектору до 2035 року з урахуванням руйнувань, спричинених російською агресією. Визначено оптимальні комбінації технологій генерації, накопичення та передачі електроенергії з оцінкою екологічних, економічних і соціальних наслідків. Результати показують можливість відмови від вугільних потужностей, значне зростання ролі вітрової та біоенергетики, потребу у збільшенні накопичувачів та модернізації мереж. Надано рекомендації для збалансованої, "зеленої" та економічно ефективної відбудови.Item Surveillance capitalism and the new media economy: advertising, power and data(Sumy State University, 2025) Гладченко, Оксана Робертівна; Hladchenko, Oksana Robertivna; Hlushakova, O.У цій статті досліджується еволюція та наслідки наглядового капіталізму в контексті цифрової економіки з акцентом на Україні. Дослідження аналізує, як особисті дані витягуються, перетворюються в товар і використовуються для прогнозування та зміни поведінки користувачів. Він підкреслює конвергенцію медіа, маркетингу та технологічних платформ, які сприяють цій економічній логіці. Через приклади українських компаній, таких як Rozetka, YouScan і Київстар, стаття демонструє, як місцеві компанії не тільки зазнають впливу, але й активно сприяють глобальній експансії стежачого капіталізму.Item Public oversight of Ukraine’s European integration course(FDV Publishing House, 2021) Kruglashov, А.; Костенко, Андріана Миколаївна; Kostenko, Andriana MykolaivnaThe article deals with the wide range of mechanisms in support of civil society institutions–government interaction in the context of developing and implementing European integration reforms in Ukraine. The authors identified 6 strategic documents and 20 areas of reform related to the process of European integration, as well as the key issues concerning implementation of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU. The authors conclude that positive trends are visible in recent decades in the institutional development of Ukrainian civil society, which has become a driving force of the country’s European integration aspirations. In this setting, civil society institutions (CSIs) work with government agencies, engage in informal advocacy, conduct monitoring policies, perform and publish policy analysis and recommendations, and work with and lobby international agencies and other actors.Item Forensic audit of public debt in the financial control system of Ukraine(LLC “Consulting Publishing Company “Business Perspectives”, 2025) Філатова, Ганна Петрівна; Filatova, Hanna Petrivna; Овчарова, Наталія Вікторівна; Ovcharova, Nataliia Viktorivna; Кравченко, Олена Володимирівна; Kravchenko, Olena VolodymyrivnaФорензік-аудит державного боргу є важливим інструментом забезпечення фінансової прозорості та ефективного управління державними фінансами. В умовах України, враховуючи складну економічну ситуацію та високий рівень державного боргу, застосування форензік-аудиту набуває особливого значення. Метою дослідження є проведення форензік-аудиту державного боргу України шляхом оцінки узгодженості фінансової звітності ключових державних органів, виявлення розбіжностей та оцінки їх потенційного впливу на фінансову стабільність. Методологія включає перехресний аналіз фінансових даних Міністерства фінансів України, Національного банку України, Рахункової палати України та Державної казначейської служби. Дослідження також включає оцінку відповідності міжнародним стандартам аудиту в державному секторі (ISSAI, IPSAS та принципам ОЕСР). Результати дослідження свідчать про розбіжності у ключових показниках державного боргу між різними підзвітними установами, зокрема, щодо загального обсягу боргу, витрат на обслуговування боргу та методологій класифікації. Основні висновки вказують на неузгодженість у термінах публікації даних, відмінності в методології обліку та прогалини в прозорості боргу. Ці розбіжності створюють ризики для ефективності фінансової політики, зовнішньої кредитоспроможності та загальної макроекономічної стабільності. У дослідженні зроблено висновок, що посилення координації між державними органами та інтеграція механізмів форензік-аудиту в систему регулярного фінансового нагляду є необхідними для підвищення прозорості державного боргу та зниження фінансових ризиків. Запропоновані рекомендації сприятимуть покращенню фіскального менеджменту та забезпеченню достовірності фінансової звітності в системі управління державним боргом.Item Development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Ukraine(International Scientific Unity, 2025) Макерська, Вікторія Олегівна; Makerska, Viktoriia OlehivnaSmall and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are an important driver of economic development in any country, including Ukraine. Their role is especially growing in the context of globalization and constant change. They have an economic impact on society. The work aims to analyze the development of SMEs in Ukraine. Possible reasons for these trends may be that until 2022, the Ukrainian economy demonstrated positive dynamics, which contributed to the growth of production volumes. State policy aimed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses contributed to its development. Increased investment in fixed capital contributed to the modernization of production and increased its efficiency. The introduction of new technologies made it possible to increase labor productivity and expand the range of products. The growth of incomes and changes in consumer preferences stimulated demand for goods and services. The development of online commerce opened up new opportunities for small businesses.However, economic crises, political events, and pandemics significantly affect the dynamics of production and sales volumes. In general, in most years there has been an increase in the total number of business entities, both medium and small. However, in clinical practice the applicability of the BPS model is a challenge for many professionals. Method: This study aimed to explore the factors that impact the perception of rehabilitation professionals about the BPS model in Ukraine. In addition, the job satisfaction assessment was done to measure whether rehabilitation specialists in Ukraine fulfil their professional roles according to their expectations and values. Participants were 346 rehabilitation specialists from Ukraine who completed the Bio-Psycho-Social Scale (BPS) for Use in Healthcare and the Global Job Satisfaction Scale (GJSS). The ANOVA was used to investigate the outcome differences between the two scales. Results: The highest proportion of responders in this study represented state health services. The BPS subscale outcomes on “assessment and reporting” and “professional knowledge and skills” were significantly higher for specialists from a private sector. The global job satisfaction scale outcomes did not differ between responders from the private and state health sector. The perception of professionals networks was associated with greater job satisfaction. Conclusions: The findings suggest that conception of the BPS approach in rehabilitation system of Ukraine varies across the private and state settings. The professional network plays important role in job satisfaction of rehabilitation professionals in Ukraine. Future research focusing on education strategies to effectively train professionals to apply biopsychosocial approach to practice is of critical importance to prepare rehabilitation specialists in Ukraine.Item Vulnerable in silence: Paediatric health in the Ukrainian crisis(Wolters Kluwer, 2022) Awuah, W.A.; Ng, J.C.; Mehta, A.; Yarlagadda, R.; Khor, K.S.; Abdul-Rahman, T.; Hussain, A.; Kundu, M.; Sen, M.; Hasan, M.M.The Russian invasion of Ukraine is a humanitarian disaster. It has a wide-ranging impact on the livelihood and the health of those affected by the war. In the midst of constant shelling and casualties, children are more vulnerable to injuries, infections, malnutrition, and trauma, all of which can have serious consequences for their physical and mental health. Children, unlike adults, are simply subjected to the horrors of war with no pre-existing ability to deal with the consequences. We hope to highlight the effects of the current Ukrainian war on the health of the paediatric population, with a particular emphasis on surgical care, cancer care, infectious disease, to name a few. Актуальність обраної тематики підкреслюється створенням сприятливого інвестиційного клімату в країні, що дозволить установити гарантії захисту іноземних інвестицій та стабільності правової бази здійснення підприємницької діяльності. Метою статті є аналіз та прогноз надходження прямих іноземних інвестицій (ПІІ) в Україну. Для досягнення поставленої мети розроблено економетричну модель, яка демонструє взаємозв’язок між макроекономічними показниками, їхніми характеристиками та обсягом ПІІ. Використано комплекс загальнонаукових та спеціальних методів дослідження, зокрема: індукція та дедукція, групування, підсумовування, порівняння, комплексний та системний підходи. У статті розкрито сутність іноземних інвестицій для економіки України та визначено характеристики ПІІ. Детально проаналізовано вплив ПІІ на економіку України та сформульовано обґрунтування умов їх залучення. Із використанням статистичних методів досліджено структуру та динаміку ПІІ за видами економічної діяльності та країнами-інвесторами. Дослідження показали, що саме за допомогою залучення прямих іноземних інвестицій забезпечується зростання економіки держави, добробуту населення, зменшення зовнішніх боргів країни та ефективні державні капіталовкладення. The authors analyzed some issues of the theory of norms of the constitutional law of Ukraine, features of its legal (normative) nature, the genesis of norms of the constitutional law of Ukraine. Investigated the essence of the Constitution and the direct effect of the Constitution of Ukraine. The legal peculiarities of the norms of the constitutional law in the material and procedural aspects were singled out. They provided a classification of constitutional and statutory norms and their legal features. Demonstrated the unconventional structure of the norm of constitutional law.
