It was found that contemporary postmodern education is impossible without application of information and communication technologies, the use of which gradually leads to changes in the content, the methods and technologies of training future teachers. The analysis of scientific literature, which confirms recognition of ICT as a key technology of the 21st century and the urgency of the problem of development and application of educational technologies capable of modernizing and reforming traditional forms of education in order to meet the level of education of future teachers to the present-day requirements. The current trends of ICT in the training of future teachers in postmodern times are considered, modern practices (scenarios) of ICT use which are the most popular in the educational process of future teachers are singled out. The content of the following compulsory components, according to the authors, of professional training of future teachers, is generalized and concretized: didactic, legal, social and methodological. Це пов’язано зі стрімким розвитком такого явища як краудфандинг, який є особливо привабливим для стартапів, розвитку малого та середнього бізнесу, а також для реалізації різноманітних соціальних проектів, зокрема тих, що стосуються і місцевих. спільноти. Поява краудфандингових платформ допомагає вирішити їх проблеми з формуванням інвестиційних ресурсів для фінансування хороших комерційних (бізнес-ідей) і некомерційних ідей, що особливо актуально сьогодні для глобальних розробників ідей/проектів. Метою дослідження є аналіз особливостей становлення та розвитку краудфандингу в період глобальних змін. Основними методами, використаними в роботі були: порівняльний, метод абстрагування, дедуктивний метод, конкретизація. У результаті стверджується, що краудфандинг в сучасних умовах економічної нестабільності може виступати одним із потужних джерел залучення інвестиційних ресурсів, що зумовлює дослідження краудфандингу, узагальнення його типології та класифікаційних ознак. To create the concept of sustainable development of Ukraine in the context of global threats. Methodology. The research is based on the analysis of the components of integrated indicators and the formation of indicators based on them, which allow assessing the state of balance of socio-economic development of the national economy and determining the directions of corrective policy. In addition, the systematic approach is used to obtain the scientific results, which allowed us to consider the socio-economic development of society as the polysystem phenomenon, comparative analysis, statistical methods – in comparing the situation of Ukraine with other countries, logical analysis – in justifying and developing the concept of sustainable development of Ukraine in the context of globalization. Findings. The concept of sustainable development of Ukraine has been developed, which is aimed at forming the new format of social relations and the new model of economy to increase the resilience of the national economy to global threats. The components of the Sustainable Development Index were analyzed and the comparative analysis of the components of global threats to Ukraine and other countries was made. It has been determined that the most dangerous challenges for Ukraine at the present stage are the high prevalence of morbidity among the population, high infant mortality, corruption, low energy security and inefficient public administration. It has been offered that the main purpose of the concept of sustainable development of Ukraine is to create conditions for overcoming existing threats. This requires the creation of a new form of government, a new format of public relations and a new economic model. The directions of achieving the main goals of sustainable development in Ukraine have been developed: social justice, balanced economic growth, ensuring high quality of the environment, rational use of resources, demographic stability and mutually beneficial international cooperation. Originality. The authors’ concept of sustainable development of Ukraine is based on ensuring the ability of the national economy to take advantage of the positive external effects of globalization and thereby reduce its negative impact on society. Stages have been established. The necessity has been substantiated of introduction of consistent and interconnected measures which are aimed at changing the quality of socio-economic development of the country on the basis of using mainly intensive factors of economic growth, introduction of environmentally friendly methods of economic activity, ensuring implementation of sustainable development in the context of overcoming multidimensional poverty life expectancy, the formation of the effective system of social assistance and health care. It has been determined that the implementation of these measures will ensure the formation of the new format of social relations and the new model of economy, as well as achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals. The results of the study can be used by national governments to develop the sustainable development policy, as well as by companies to operate their economic activity in the globalized spaceItem The Impact of Globalization and International Tax Competition on Tax Policies(Sciedu Press, 2020) Sokolovska, A.; Zatonatska, T.; Stavytskyy, A.; Люльов, Олексій Валентинович; Люлев, Алексей Валентинович; Liulov, Oleksii Valentynovych; Giedraitis, V.The aim of the paper is to determine to what extent the strengthening of the transparency of the Ukrainian economy and its incorporation in international tax competition affects the tax policy of the country and the peculiarities of its tax system. In the study, the logical analysis of the direct and inverse relationship of changes in taxation with such manifestations of globalization, as the movement of capital and labor resources from Ukraine and to the country, is combined with an empirical (regression) analysis of the relationship between globalization and the main characteristics of the Ukrainian tax system. It is proved that the increase of incorporation of Ukraine in globalization processes, despite the reduction of taxes on the main factors of production, is accompanied by an increase in the general level of tax burden on the economy (tax rate). The above mentioned is a consequence of increase of other taxes, including excise, caused both by internal needs of Ukraine (conducting the policy of fiscal consolidation caused by large public debt, and increasing defense expenditures) and its international obligations (EU Association Agreement). The tax system in Ukraine is much stronger (about 25%) influenced by the general index of globalization in comparison with its subindex characterizing the economic component of globalization. Obviously, this is owing to the greater influence on taxation in Ukraine of other components of globalization such as political and social one. The results show that the growth of the globalization index is accompanied by rather expected effects such as reduction of corporate profit tax rates and personal income tax, transferring the tax burden from capital to labor and, to a greater extent, on consumption, improving business conditions in the context of tax payments, and specific increase in the general level of tax burden on the economy, significant losses of the state that is not so much from the reduction of tax rates as from the erosion of the tax base on income, which is the result of a combination of negative effects of external and internal factors; the threat of escalating the policy of low tax rates. It is recommended to the Ukrainian Government to focus increasingly on the tax evolution trends in post-socialist EU countries to strengthen Ukraine`s position in tax competition with this group of countries.
