Item Simulations of Tests of Polymeric Composites Based on Experimental Data(Springer Nature Switzerland AG, 2023) Krmela, J.; Krmelová, V.; Артюхов, Артем Євгенович; Artiukhov, Artem Yevhenovych; Lex, C.; Ondrušová, D.The article focuses on computational simulations of basic and specific tests under uniaxial loading of polymeric composites, which are parts of tire casings, based on experimental data using the FEM software ANSYS with the addition of the supporting freeware program CADEC for determination of input material parameters as inputs to the simulations. The computational models for the simulations are created using APDL (ANSYS Graphical User Interface) procedures for the fully automatic creation of models based on geometric and material parameters. Stress–strain analyses are performed. In this article, models are prepared for two different loading states—at first, models for the simulation of a shear test with different way of reinforcement modelling and next, a model for a tensile test with the reading of the results in points on the video-extensometer. The best way is of reinforcement modelling is the model with Mooney-Rivlin parameters for the rubber matrix. The model for tensile test simulation gave quality results-force–elongation dependences almost overlap with an error of 5%.
