Item Транснаціональні корпорації та їх роль у сучасних міжнародних економічних відносинах(Сумський державний університет, 2025) Шевченко, В.О.Сучасний світовий економічний порядок зазнає істотних змін під впливом транснаціональних корпорацій (ТНК), які дедалі більше перетворюються з класичних суб’єктів господарювання на наднаціональних агентів глобального впливу. У зв’язку з цим виникає необхідність дослідити природу, функціонування та вплив ТНК у контексті міжнародної економічної інтеграції, цифрової трансформації та регуляторної фрагментації. У роботі охарактеризовано поняття ТНК, їхню еволюцію та класифікацію. Розглянуто сучасні організаційно-управлінські моделі, проаналізовано вплив ТНК на світову економіку, інвестиційні потоки та трансфер технологій. Особливу увагу приділено правовому статусу транснаціональних корпорацій у міжнародному праві та національному законодавстві. Представлено виклики, пов’язані з діяльністю ТНК у країнах, що розвиваються, а також окреслено перспективи їх подальшого розвитку в умовах глобалізації.Item The economic development model of Ukraine in the context of strengthening integration processes and Industry 4.0(Sumy State University, 2024) Musiienko, O.О.The purpose of the master's level degree qualification paper is to study the theoretical foundations and to develop practical recommendations for enhancing Ukraine's economic development model in the context of strengthening integration processes and adapting to the advancements of Industry 4.0 The object of the study is the economic development model of Ukraine within the framework of integration processes and the transition to Industry 4.0. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of strengthening Ukraine’s economic integration and industrial transformation in the context of Industry 4.0. To achieve this goal and objectives, the study utilized a range of scientific research methods. Theoretical foundations of economic development were explored in the context of integration processes and Industry 4.0, focusing on the concept and essence of Industry 4.0, its impact on economic processes, and the influence of global integration trends on Ukraine's economy. The analysis of Ukraine's current economic state included an examination of its economic indicators, integration policy, and key challenges and opportunities arising from Industry 4.0 and integration processes. Building on these insights, an economic development model for Ukraine was proposed, tailored to the specifics of Industry 4.0, supported by a SWOT analysis to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Finally, prospects for implementing the model and potential adjustments were discussed to ensure alignment with Ukraine's strategic objectives in the global economy.Item Scientific and technical cooperation in the minds of the European Union–Ukraine Association Agreement(Sumy State University, 2024) Shkurii, Ya.S.The purpose is to study the specifics of scientific and technical cooperation between Ukraine and the EU in the context of implementing the Association Agreement, with a particular focus on analyzing the practical experience of LLC "MHP Urozhayna Krayina." The object of the study is the system of economic relations in the process of competitive ability basis forming of the enterprise engaged in international economic activity. The subject of the study is the practical implementation of scientific and technical cooperation between Ukraine and the EU, focusing on ways to improve the competitive position of Ukrainian enterprises, such as LLC "MHP Urozhayna Krayina," by adopting innovative technologies and aligning with European standards. To achieve this goal and objectives there were used following scientific methods of research: general scientific special methods of cognition, theoretical research, as well as a systematic approach, comparative, statistical analysis, methods of grouping and classification, etc.Item The Impact of Digitalization on Global Tendencies of Development of International Business(Sumy State University, 2019) Korkh, A.S.У статті описано основні тенденції розвитку міжнародного бізнесу, що викликані діджиталізацією. Однією з цілей цієї статті є уточнення визначення «діджиталізація». У ході дослідження було опрацьовано літературу, що дає базове розуміння діджитал процесів. На підставі опрацьованих джерел, досліджено взаємозв'язок між діджитал трансформацією та продуктивністю бізнесу та рядом інших показників. Були описані проблеми, що виникають у ході діджитал трансформації міжнародних компаній; представлено переваги діджиталізації для компаній у міжнародному бізнесі. Надано рекомендації компаніям, що планують власну діджитал стратегію та прагнуть отримати переваги. Розглянуто країни та сектори відповідно до рівня їх включення у діджитал процеси.
