Hybrid multi-criteria decision making model for customer knowledge management in software industry
(MM Publishing, 2022) Krenicky, T.; Rajabzadeh, M.; Khosravi, A.; Залога, Вільям Олександрович; Zaloha, Viliam Oleksandrovych; Zaborowski, T.
In this study, the enablers of Customer Knowledge Management (CKM) software companies are investigated. Consequently, the conceptual CKM enabler model is developed by extracting “organizational”, “technological” and “human” factors from the literature. Then, a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) approach is applied to identify the dependence relationships of factors by using the Analytic Network Processes (ANP) and the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) techniques. The inter-dependencies significance among the factors is evaluated by DEMATEL. ANP technique is used in order to clarify the relative significance of the factors and identify the weight and priority. The results show that the “organization” dimension is the most considerable aspect of enhancing CKM in software development. The “organization” aspect has more interaction with other aspects and activates the “technology” and “human” factors. In addition, “technology” is the second dimension that influences “human” and “organization”. Due to the importance of CKM for organizations, this research provides a significant contribution in the context of CKM by extracting and ranking the CKM antecedent factors for enterprise software development context.

Study of the cytotoxic effect of orthopedic materials based on ethylene-vinyl acetate on cell cultures
(MM Publishing, 2022) Zaloha, R.; Dyadyura, K.; Behun, M.; Залога, Вільям Олександрович; Zaloha, Viliam Oleksandrovych; Pandova, I.
Measuring the potentially adverse effects of materials on the human body is vital and essential for their use, including medical applications. One of the properties that need to be known is the cytotoxic effect of the materials to avoid local and systemic adverse effects. It is very important that scientists and medical professionals are aware of the effects of materials on the human body. This study also summarizes the data on the morphology, chemical composition, and the effect of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) orthopaedic materials on cytotoxicity. Qualitative and quantitative cytotoxicity analysis was performed using fluorescent microscopy and metabolic cell toxicity assay. The results of the studies demonstrated low in vitro cytotoxicity and high biocompatibility. These results may serve as the basis for a toxicological study of orthopaedic materials to prevent severe side effects.

Customer Knowledge Management in Enterprise Software Development Companies: Organizational, Human and Technological Perspective
(Sciendo, 2022) Khosravi, A.; Rajabzadeh, M.; Залога, Вільям Олександрович; Zaloha, Viliam Oleksandrovych; Dyadyura, I.
In this study, Knowledge-Based View (KBV) and Theory of Technology in a Generic Customer Knowledge Management (CKM) Framework were assimilated to demonstrate the Organizational, Human and Technological antecedent factors that enable CKM processes to improve software product quality. A Theoretical CKM Framework was developed by extracting Human, Organizational and Technological factors from the literature, then, the “Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution” (TOPSIS) Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method was applied to find the importance level of factors to CKM development in software companies. The weight and priority of factors were determined by 31 experts in enterprise software development companies. The results show that, from an expert viewpoint, CKM antecedent factors are categorized into high priority and low priority groups. Organizational factors such as “Customer Involvement”, “Customer-Centric Culture” and “CKM Strategy Development” are high priority.

An integrated approach for improving tool provisioning efficiency
(Production Engineering Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences Polish Association for Production Management, Zaloha, Viliam Oleksandrovych
The specificity of tool provisioning is conditioned using tooling, the quantity of which exceeds the nomenclature of the manufactured goods considerably. Therefore, for modern enterprises, first-priority issues are harmonizing the processes of tool provisioning systems, increasing the level of the reaction of this system to changes, obtaining operational control over the production system, and, thus, improving the efficiency of the production process. In this paper, a mathematical model of decision-making based on determining the optimal strategy for the process flow was proposed to improve the efficiency of the information system for quality management of tool provisioning. It is suggested to use the sustainable development factor of information system for quality management of tool provisioning to make decisions about the path of the tooling process, which considers the requirements of international standards for management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, etc.). This model is based on the application of graph optimization theory, fuzzy logic, and Markov chains. The use of this model is universal and will increase the validity of operational management decisions, increase productivity, reduce resource dependency, and, therefore, reduce the costs of tool provisioning, which directly affects the cost of production and competitiveness of the enterprise as a whole.

Enhancing Efficiency by Implementation of Integrated Management System in Order to Align Organisational Culture and Daily Practice
Rybalka, Iryna Mykolaivna; Pandova, I.; Zaborowski, T.
The main aim of presented article is present methodology how sophisticated products as compressor equipment can be considered and analyzed as a complex technical system which consists of jointly operating components – a set of hardware, software, operational staff and documented information. In process modeling, these components can be in different processes of inputs, outputs, mechanisms (resources) or management. Based on the regulatory requirements for each component of the system, a key indicator efficiency can be identified. This will allow to control the process and make appropriate decisions to improve the system. The application of the proposed methodology for the development and implementation of an integrated management system reduce the cost of resources and significantly improve the quality of the implementation of processes.
