Item Analysis of the relationship between “business-science” coopetition and intellectual property receipts.(Sumy State University, 2023) Самойлікова, Анастасiя Вiкторiвна; Самойликова, Анастасия Викторовна; Samoilikova, Anastasiia Viktorivna; Артюхов, Артем Євгенович; Артюхов, Артем Евгеньевич; Artiukhov, Artem YevhenovychThe study actualizes the issue of cooperation between business and science on the way to the commercialization of innovations in modern conditions. A hypothesis is put forward regarding the relationship between the level of cooperation between industry and science (based on the University-Industry Research Collaboration indicator within the Global Innovation Index) and the income from intellectual property. Therefore, the article aims to confirm the existence and establish a cause-and-effect relationship between the level of cooperation between business and science and the amount of income from intellectual property. A bibliometric analysis is carried out at the first stage to confirm the hypothesis, and the main directions of interdisciplinary research related to this issue are highlighted. In the second stage, the research information base is formed based on the statistical data of the World Intellectual Property Organization for a sample of 10 countries – leaders according to the Global Innovation Index of 2022 for the last 10 years (2013-2022). In the third stage, a correlation analysis is carried out to confirm a relationship’s existence and determine its statistical significance, nature and strength. At the fourth stage, a vector autoregression is constructed, based on the results of which Granger testing for cause-and-effect relationships is performed to determine the influence direction between the studied indicators. It is established that the level of cooperation between business and science is the cause and affects the amount of income from intellectual property in 6 of the 8 countries of the sample, in which the cause-and-effect relationship between the studied indicators was confirmed and established; the amount of income from intellectual property is the cause and affects the level of cooperation between business and science in 5 of the 8 countries of the sample, in which the cause-and-effect relationship between the studied indicators was confirmed. At the same time, in 3 out of 8 countries of the sample, in which the cause-and-effect relationship between the studied indicators was confirmed, a two-way influence was found. Accordingly, it is substantiated that the level of cooperation between business and science directly and positively affects the income from intellectual property. Therefore, the strengthening of collaboration between industry and science will contribute to the increase in the amount of income from intellectual property. In turn, the revenue volume from the intellectual property will also contribute to improving and developing cooperation between business and science. The obtained results can be helpful for scientists in further research in related scientific areas and for representatives of the business community, government officials and other persons interested in this issue.Item Open Science Investigation of the Health Economics Sector(Sumy State University, 2021) Бухтіарова, Аліна Геннадіївна; Бухтиарова, Алина Геннадьевна; Bukhtiarova, Alina Hennadiivna; Щербаченко, Вікторія Олексіївна; Щербаченко, Виктория Алексеевна; Shcherbachenko, Viktoriia Oleksiivna; Артюхов, Артем Євгенович; Артюхов, Артем Евгеньевич; Artiukhov, Artem Yevhenovych; Krmela, Jan; Волк, Юрій Юрійович; Волк, Юрий Юрьевич; Volk, Yurii YuriiovychThis paper summarizes the arguments and counterarguments within the scientific discussion on the issue open science in health economics in the reality of the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim is to study the openness of the results of scientific work in the field of health economics. To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been set: to conduct a bibliometric analysis of the concepts of open science, health, health economics, research, education; author’s structuring of the concept of open science in the context of health economics; identification of the main stakeholders and their role in the field of open science in the field of health economics. The object of research is the field of health economics. The subject of research is the determinants of the impact of open science on the health economy. In order to identify the vectors of scientific developments in recent years in the field of open science and health economics, the method of bibliometric analysis was used using the tools of the Scopus database and the software VOSviewer v.1.6.10. Based on the selected works, terminological maps were constructed for individual categories and the main clusters were identified, as a result of which the intensity of the use of one term with others was assessed. Scientific discoveries play an important role in health care. Especially in a pandemic, access to up-to-date data will save more lives and preserve the health of the world’s population. After all, the level of economic well-being of a country depends on the level of health of the population and its ability to work. It is determined that open science should include combining knowledge and efforts to support research in the field of health economics and reduce the knowledge gap between countries; mobilizing decision-makers, researchers, innovators, publishers and civil society representatives to ensure free access to scientific data, research results, educational resources and research facilities in the field of health economics; strengthening the links between science and political decisions to meet societal needs; ensuring open science for society, despite the fact that the borders between countries are closed. The results of the study can be useful for researchers who have been conducting study on this topic, and students majoring in ‘Health Economics’.Item Quality Of Education System As A Determinant Of Socio-Economic Development: Assessment Of Technological Level Of Readyness(Sumy State University, 2021) Артюхов, Артем Євгенович; Артюхов, Артем Евгеньевич; Artiukhov, Artem Yevhenovych; Volk, Iu.; Krmelova, V.; Krmela, J.The article is devoted to finding ways to assess the quality of educational activities at the university through analogies between tangible (technical) and intangible systems. The approach to determining the level of technological readiness for implementation (TRL) was used as a tool to assess the level of development of the quality of education system. The abstract-logical method and the method of induction-deduction were used in the analysis of the causal relationship between the quality of education and the assessment of the technological level of development readiness.Item Qality of Scientific Activity, Technology Transfer and Research Integrity: Case of Ukrainian University(Sumy State University, 2021) Артюхов, Артем Євгенович; Артюхов, Артем Евгеньевич; Artiukhov, Artem Yevhenovych; Krmela, J.; Krmelova, V.; Volk, I.The article analyzes the relationship between the concepts “quality of scientific activity”, “technology transfer” and “research integrity”. The main task of research is to offer practical tools for maintaining research integrity as elements of the internal and external quality assurance system of education and research. One of the working hypotheses of the study is the correlation between the quality of educational activities at the university, the quality of research and the level of interest of customers of innovative developments in the process of transfer and commercialization of research results.
