Item Growth and Сharacterization of Cd3As2 + MnAs Сomposite(Sumy State University, 2015) Kochura, A.V.; Marenkin, S.F.; Ril, A.I.; Zheludkevich, A.L.; Abakumov, P.V.; Knjazev, A.F.Bulk samples of cadmium arsenide and manganese arsenide alloys were synthesized by crystallization from double-component melt. According to data of differential-thermal and X-ray phase analysis, the nature of the interaction between Cd3As2 and MnAs is eutectic; the melting temperature of eutectic is 855 K. The samples were ferromagnetic with Courier temperature of 320 K. By vacuum-thermal evaporation from the alloy of the composite, films Cd3As2 + MnAs have been obtained. The distribution of the elements in them was uniform and the composition corresponded to the initial composition. The films consisted from nanocrystallites with a size of 20 to 50 nm.Item Synthesis and investigation of nanoscale structured magnetic A II(3)BV(2):Mg films(Sumy State University, 2014) Kochura, A.V.; Marenkin, S.F.; Fedorchenko, I.V.; Abakumov, P.V.Semiconductor Zn3As2 and Cd3As2 films doped with manganese were grown by vacuum thermal deposition on sapphire and silicon substrates. Structural and magnetic investigations showed the presence of ferromagnetic semimetal nanoprecipitate MnAs with Curie temperature about 308 К.
