Item Development and Physico-chemical Study of the Aqueous Dispersion Silver Nanoparticles as the Basis for Creating New Nanomaterials(Sumy State University, 2015) Ageeva, L.S.; Chekadanov, A.S.; Borsch, N.A.; Kuzmenko, A.P.; Myo Min, Than; Dobromyslov, M.B.The aqueous dispersion of silver nanoparticles have been obtained and studied by physicochemical methods. Maximum of size nanoparticles distribution in the aqueous dispersion determined by the small angle X-ray scattering technique was 2.5 nm. The composition on the basis of those nanoparticles can be used to create new nanomaterials, in particular for the modification of talc silver nanoparticles. The existence of nanoparticles at the talс surface is corroborated by the data of energy dispersive spectra and by X-ray diffraction spectra.Item Small Angle X-ray Scattering in Nanocomposite: Nanoparticles BaTiO3 with Modified Surface in Polystyrene(Sumy State University, 2015) Kuzmenko, A.P.; Chekadanov, A.S; Emelianov, N.A.By small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) investigated the structure of polystyrene matrix composites filled by barium titanate nanoparticles with different volume fraction. Found that the percolation threshold for these systems is about 15 % of the content of the nanoparticles. Estimate the average distance between nanoparticles composites with different volume fraction.Item Small Angle X-ray Scattering in Thin Iron Films(Sumy State University, 2014) Chekadanov, A.S.; Kuzmenko, A.P.; Emelyanov, S.G.; Chevyakov, L.M.; Dobromyslov, M.B.By small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and atomic force microscopy characteristic sizes are deter-mined, structural features of thin iron films deposited by magnetron evaporation onto substrates from py-roceramics are established. It is shown that morphologically the film is characterized by disorder. It is formed from columnar nano crystallites that are oriented either perpendicular to the substrate or situated in its plane, which dictates polydispersity of those coatings. It is shown that SAXS may be thought of as nondestructive technique for analyzing structure and composition and conducting quality control of mag-netron films.
