Item Діяльність фінансових конгломератів на фінансовому ринку України(Українська академія банківської справи Національного банку України, 2009) Кремень, Вікторія Михайлівна; Кремень, Виктория Михайловна; Kremen, Viktoriia MykhailivnaУ дисертації досліджено теоретичні основи становлення та розвитку фінансових конгломератів, визначено їх місце і роль в системі фінансових посередників, обгрунтовано механізм їх виникнення та відмінності від інших форм співпраці фінансових посередників. У роботі аналізується діяльність міжнарод-них фінансових конгломератів з позиції рівня активності їхньої діяльності на світовому та вітчизняному фінансових ринках. Впорядковано процес становлення фінансових конгломератів в Україні. Сформовано концептуальні основи розвитку вітчизняних фінансових конгломератів та входження міжнародних фінансових конгломератів на фінансовий ринок України. Обґрунтовано провідну роль банків у розвитку конвергентно-інтеграційних механізмів співпраці між фінансовими посередниками. У роботі розроблено науково-методичні засади впливу фінансових конгломератів на розвиток фінансового ринку України. Обгрунтовано ключові на-прямки впливу міжнародних фінансових конгломератів на розвиток банківського і страхового секторів. Здійснено ідентифікацію та систематизацію ризиків в діяльності фінансових конгломератів. Розроблено поетапні сценарії запрова-дження інтегрованої системи регулювання фінансового ринку та консолідованого нагляду за діяльністю фінансових груп і фінансових конгломератів в Україні. Dissertation the theoretical bases of becoming and development of financial conglomerates are investigated, their place and role in the system of financial intermediaries іs defined, the mechanism of their formation and difference from other forms of financial intermediaries cooperation are grounded. In work the functioning of international financial conglomerates is analyzed in context of their activity level in the world financial market. The process of formation of financial conglomerates in Ukraine is systemized. The conceptual bases of development of national financial conglomerates and entrance of international financial conglomerates to the financial market of Ukraine are formed. The leading role of banks in development of convergence-integration mechanisms of cooperation between financial intermediaries is grounded. In work scientific-methodical principles of influencing of financial conglomerates on financial market development in Ukraine are certain. The key directions of influencing of international financial conglomerates on bank and insurance sectors development are grounded. Authentication and systematization of risks in financial conglomerates activity is carried out.
