It is established that gradient change of elemental composition in the direction Сr→W→Mo→Ta→Hf→Ti→C→Ti/Al→C is accompanied by transition from metal mixture carbide to titanium carbide with the grain sizes of ~ 8–15 nm. For this purpose, a weak Zn vapor flow is created by magnetron sputtering of Zn target in a high-purity inert gas atmosphere and maintaining a temperature of the porous AOA membrane outer surface higher than that of the substrate. In order to synthesize ZnO nanostructures chemical and physical formation methods have been utilized. The first one was chemical bath deposition technology and the second one magnetron sputtering of Zn followed by oxidation. Optimal method and technological parameters corresponding to formation of material with the highest sensor response have been determined experimentally. Dynamical gas sensor response at different temperature values and dependencies of the sensor sensitivity on the temperature at different LPG concentrations in air have been investigated. It has been found, that sensor response depends on the sample morphology and has the highest value for the structure consisting of thin nanowires. У першому класичному варіанті формування наносистем відбувалося на підігрітих підкладках, які розташовані перед магнетронним розпилювачем. Другий варіант заснований на конденсації обернених дифузійних потоків розпиленої речовини на підкладки, які розташовані у порожнині магнетронного розпилювача. Показано, що у порівнянні з класичним варіантом, використання обернених дифузійних потоків призводить до більш вісокої відтворюваності технологічного процесу і до суттєвого підвищення швидості нарощування наносистем.Item Formation of copper porous structures under near-equilibrium chemical vapor deposition(Elsevier, 2016) Корнющенко, Ганна Сергіївна; Корнющенко, Анна Сергеевна; Korniushchenko, Hanna Serhiivna; Natalich, V.V.; Перекрестов, Вячеслав Іванович; Перекрестов, Вячеслав Иванович; Perekrestov, Viacheslav IvanovychThe mechanism of copper structure formation under near-equilibrium conditions in a chemically-active medium-condensate system has been investigated. The desired conditions have been implemented using CVD system. Copper chloride CuCl2 was used as a source material, and mixture of hydrogen with nitrogen served as a working gas. The influence of the evaporation temperature, condensation temperature and state of the growth surface on the porous structures formation has been investigated. It has been established, that the structure formation mechanism is determined by layer-by-layer or normal crystal growth, nucleation and growth of whiskers, and also by partial intergrowth of structural elements.Item Formation of Ordered Zinc Nanosystems under Near Equilibrium Condensation Using Alumina Membranes as Templates for Deposition(Sumy State University, 2015) Перекрестов, Вячеслав Іванович; Перекрестов, Вячеслав Иванович; Perekrestov, Viacheslav Ivanovych; Наталіч, Вікторія Вадимівна; Наталич, Виктория Вадимовна; Natalich, Viktoriia Vadymivna; Корнющенко, Ганна Сергіївна; Корнющенко, Анна Сергеевна; Korniushchenko, Hanna SerhiivnaA new technological approach has been proposed to the process of obtaining ordered zinc nanosystems using alumina membranes and device-based on DC magnetron sputter with system of the tubes that allows the formation of narrowly directed atoms fluxes. The regularities of zinc condensates structure formation inside the pores in the alumina membrane depending on the technological conditions such as condensation temperature, magnetron discharge power and working gas pressure has been investigated. The physical sizes of these materials create a strong possibility for their interaction with biological systems. Biological systems themselves contain various components that have nanometer dimensions (proteins, nucleic acids, membranes), therefore nanopaticles can be useful both for in vivo and in vitro biological researches and applications. Among the metallic nanoparticles (NPs), the most important materials in nanomedicine are gold, silver, copper, iron, cobalt, nickel, platinum, magnesium, palladium and rhodium. The main technological parameters of pore formation are found to be determined by the closeness to the phase equilibrium in the plasma–condensate system and by the predominant contribution of structural or field selectivity to atom-by-atom assembling of the condensate. It is shown that the free-energy minimization near equilibrium condensation creates prerequisites for the self-organization of statistically homogeneous layers of nanoclusters and determines the transition to the formation of nanosystems in the form of fractal networks. The physical foundations of the operation of self-organized sputtering systems are analyzed. Conditions of the formation of main varieties of porous structures, such as weakly coupled micro- and nanocrystals, and three-dimensional labyrinth structures, are found using scanning electron microscopy. It is established that the main prerequisites for the formation of pores are the stationarity of the process and proximity to the phase equilibrium in the plasma–condensate system.
