Abstract
Requirements to knowledge and competencies of administrative personnel have changed in the conditions of transformation of economy. The ideal model of the head of a new type of built studies. It includes 7 key competences, grouped in the following way:
1.personal skills: leadership, creativity;
2.managerial competences: ability to work according to the plan, the ability to allocate the main thing;
3. subject knowledge: innovations in management, law, marketing.
Training a new generation of «Innovations in management» is
designed for rapid development of managerial competencies. He simultaneously develops the 5 key management competencies within two days. The use of the training of a new generation ensures the growth of returns on investment in managerial staff in 5 times.
